Love it
Quiet, easy to use, works great. Self cleaning is amazing, as is the hair wrap cutter. Doesn't leave streaks or hurt floors. Cleaning solution is affordable and lasts a long time with the auto mixing. Initially worried that the voice prompts might be annoying but they are fine and kind of amusing. The catch bag is worth the slightly higher cost over the s20 pro IMO, but the bags are a little expensive, at 67 cents each. Have not experienced any issues with tank level sensors that were often reported on the previous model, but have not had it that long. Cleaning performance is excellent for daily maintenance and it handles pet hair and cat litter very well. Not as good at stuck on spots due to low down force, but shouldn't be an issue with regular use. It is easy to disassemble and clean the parts if needed, and brush rollers are easy to swap. It includes a second one so you can separate them between dirtier and cleaner areas. Minor nitpick: there is no battery percentage indicator despite having an LCD. It only shows a battery symbol when it is low, so you don't know how much is left. Battery life is pretty decent so this is not a huge issue.

Life saver
I’ve been using the Narwal S30 Pro for almost a month now, and it has completely changed how I clean my floors. If you have pets, you know the struggle of trying to sweep up dog hair while the floors are still wet—it usually just turns into a soggy mess. With this machine, I don’t have to wet the floor beforehand or manually collect the hair anymore. It vacuums up all the dog hair and mops the floor at the exact same time. The best part is how it maintains itself while you use it. The roller stays clean as you go, so you aren't just pushing dirty water around. Battery life has been great too. I can easily clean two bedrooms, my living room, and the kitchen on a single charge. When I'm done, I just park it back on the charging station. It automatically washes the roller with hot water and dries it completely, so I don't have to touch a disgusting, wet brush roll. It is super pet-friendly and saves me so much time.

Run away from this unit, not worth the $ and hope you don't get a lemon!
When it works, it works well, although isn't as great on dog hair as the Bissel I used to have. Around the 2 month mark, it began puddling cleaning solution all over the place, when it ran the self-cleaning cycle the cradle would have a ton of cleaning solution I had to clean up as it got all over the bottom of the unit not to mention the wasted solution. I submitted a support ticket, got an immediate response, had to jump through the back and forth hoops of proving I did all of the stuff you would obviously do (no blockage in the tubes, dirty water tank cleaned and not full, water tank seated properly, etc). After several back and forth emails they said they are sending a replacement unit. Great! I receive the replacement unit in a plain box that looks like it has been used for the past 2 years of shipments with no instructions, no paperwork, and the unit is not even attempted to be cleaned up to appear like ti was "re-manufactured". I had to disassemble the original unit handle assembly (after google / YouTube to try and figure out how to get it to release without breaking it). I tried a little test run and since it was sounding and feeling like it was hard to push, paused and realized the main rollers and the small rollers and squeegee all are missing on the replacement unit. Ok, so I guess I need to do some repair - again, no instructions or "hey, be aware the replacement unit is bare bones and here is how you swap out your parts from original". (I can only imagine my 80 year old mother receiving this same thing - ridiculous) So the back 2 rollers pop out using a screw driver, so I assumed small ones in squeegee did as well - nope! I broke the squeegee piece because it is thin and it didn't take much leverage. The rollers are smaller but they looked just like the larger rollers that did pop out - again, if there was 1 piece of paper or a link for instructions to go to, I would have known what to do and how to do it. So back to the contact support, again had to back and forth to prove what happened and what is now broken (I get it, they need to be sure but I was clear in original explaining exactly what happened and why and I simply needed the plastic flange / squeegee part). So after another few weeks, received the replacement squeegee part. I will say, the support department has at least been responsive, but there appears to be no escalation path and also not sure how warranty work is handled but it seems like it is being handled out of someone's garage based on the lack of professional business packaging, instructions, etc) I install the squeegee, all looks good, I feel like maybe we are finally there! Nope - the part looks identical to original, installed easy enough and after screwing it in the plastic part is flush, etc. The squeegee, that little rubber strip, must be at a slightly different angle than the original because when I push the vacuum forward, it hits my floor, rolls up under unit and I can't push it without a fair amount of effort not to mention since that is not designed that way I am sure that squeegee will not last long since the entire weight of the vacuum rides the flipped over squeegee! I have submitted a request for a new unit, as this is beyond ridiculous now - it may not go anywhere and I may be continuing on the back and forth with warranty / customer service but I just wanted to get the word out to anyone out there looking at a higher end vacuum like this one, be aware! The design is questionable now that I have seen, up close and personal, and for the $$ I spent and the problems I have experienced would run far far away as fast as I can! Hope this provides some folks a little insight before deciding if you will take a chance and get a "good one" or a lemon like the one I got. Thanks!

Lifesaver for pet owners
This vacuum is amazing. I have two cats and cockatiels with all hardwood floors. This handles all the fur, litter, and bird food easily. It would take over an hour to sweep and mop my place and I can run this thing over the whole apartment in 20 minutes and have clean, dry floors. The voice instruction is nice. It tells you when it needs water, the dirty water emptied, new roller etc. The maintenance is super easy. It’s lightweight and moves effortlessly. It was designed nicely, everything clicks back into place and it’s impossible to put things on incorrectly. It’s expensive, but it is very worth it to save time and effort.

Does not self clean.
I really want to love this. The first couple days I would have given it 5 stars, however I do not believe is self cleans. I have tried cleaning it, taken it apart, unplugging and turning off, cleaning the pipes. Nothing works. It runs for 3-5 minutes and instructs me to return to the base for self cleaning as dirty water drips onto the floor. As soon as it docked it says dehydration mode and self dry. I put a brand new roller brush in today and exactly the same thing. At this point my actual old school mop would be quicker. Very frustrated as I love the concept. I will try a couple more things this week before my return window closes. Very disappointing for as expensive as this is. Wish I hadn’t bought the extra debris bags and other things.

Run don’t walk
This is the best wet dry vacuum. I do pick up large debris which may get stuck in the roller however, it makes cleaning so easy with children, and I have never had such clean floors in my life. It cannot be used on area rugs. Your floors will be transformed. You have to make sure to clean it after because if the water stays in the tank, it would start to smell after a while. This really makes cleaning so easy and enjoyable. I had this for about three months when I started having error messages and it wouldn’t work. I contacted the company; they were very helpful. They sent a replacement canister and consistently followed up for every question even when I was too busy to answer. It works again. This company is the real deal and will follow through if there are issues. I was unaware that this has a cutter and a dryer, and the company helped me establish that it was working. That made a difference with all the debris and I no longer had to keep taking it apart so frequently. Update: a few months later new tank same error. I’m reaching out to the company. I clean it very carefully so we will see.

Decent cleaning, totally offline
This is my first electric mop. The biggest surprise for me is it has NO app, wifi, Bluetooth or cloud connection. I was totally expecting to need to download updates on this thing, but what you get in the box is how it'll stay forever. Is that a blessing or a curse, I can't say. If a weird flaw appears, there's nothing that can be done except ship it back. So that's why it surprises me, especially at this price level. On the other hand, it'll never get bricked because a subscription expired. The cleaning: It does a decent job on my wood laminate floors, and it uses very little water. After doing my entire kitchen, there was maybe a half a cup of water in the waste bin. As for stain removal, you can't press down on it to scrub harder like a regular mop or swiffer, so you have to pass over a stain slowly and multiple times. I think it helps to use hot water, but after a few passes it will clean up cat puke. The self-propelled action is too fast, and I don't think it cleans well at that speed, so you have to hold it back. It also has a deodorant block you stick in the waste bin, but the scent is very strong and not really that pleasant. After mopping: The bin gets really nasty inside. You're going to want to vaccuum the area before using this mop. They provide the thinest little net to catch larger debris, but I don't really see the point of using the net when it's easier to just pour it all out into the toilet. It's also a pain installing the little nets. I have cats, and the hair gets caught right before it enters the bin, so when I remove the bin the hair just hangs out from the bottom. I'm not sure if that's by design, but I have to pull the wet hair out by hand. Self cleaning works well. It does not dry out the waste bin, but it dries the mop roller with heat and uses slow air for the hoses up through the air filter. When it irons the roller, it's completely silent. I haven't seen any hair get wrapped around the roller yet. The brains: There's a loud voice that announces when it's self cleaning. I expected it to start cleaning itself once placed back on the charging dock, but it doesn't start the self-clean until you press a button. The "AI mode" seems to be a dirty water sensor that adjusts the roller speed and suction. I don't believe there is any AI happening here. Overall: I'm pretty happy with it. I didn't want a robot mop vacuum since I already have a Roomba, and this mop is really wide and covers a lot of ground. It's easy to assemble and easy to clean up. The AI mode is probably marketing fluff, but the complete lack of online features is a rare thing these days! That alone might be a selling point.

Jury’s Still Out
UPDATE: Narwal contacted me asking for details to improve their product. They also provided an explanation as to why the design is what this, but at the end of the day what matters is the outcome and the fact is I do not like their bags that collect debris. I find them messy and frankly..gross. With that said, I have found a work around in that I don’t use the debris bag and I’m just very careful in how I clean the dirty water tank and clean it so that pet hair doesn’t go down my drains. Of major note is the follow up from Narwal. They reached out multiple times asking how they could make my purchase right. The reality is I like the mop/vac because I can clean it faster than the robot or with a regular mop. I still think the robot works better so if you can only buy one, I’d choose the Narwal robot. This serves my purpose because I mop everyday one way or another. Purchased to replace my steam vac, but find it’s not a suitable replacement. I own two Narwal robots and find them to be more effective albeit they take more time to clean when using vacuum then mop (which I prefer). I have three dogs and mop almost daily. I use the robot, manual mopping, and now this, but for a quick mop. Not sure it gets the floor as clean as the other two. As for the product, the ease of use is crazy good. You can literally push it with one finger. I like the auto application of water and soap as it tends to not over saturate. The bags? Nightmare. Very gross and you have to buy replacements. I prefer no bags and use the plastic catch bin BUT, I purchased a kitchen strainer to dump it into the toilet as I don’t want hair down the drains. Simply use a paper towel to clean out the stainer. Floors come away looking clean, but I still think the robot is better and it doesn’t sanitize as do steam mops.

I’m really impressed with this vacuum mop! It saves so much time because it vacuums and mops at the same time. It picks up dust, pet hair, and small debris really well, and the mop function leaves a nice streak-free finish. It’s easy to use, and cleaning the machine afterward is simple too, which makes using it regularly much more convenient. Overall, this has made floor cleaning faster and less of a chore. Definitely worth it and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an efficient all-in-one floor cleaner!

Couldn’t vacuum
This vacuum seemed perfect for our house. But it wasn’t … I had to pass 5-6 times on certain zones with our dog’s hair. Even with that, most of the time it just made a roll of dog’s hair. The brush smelled moisture all the time. It was really unpleasant ! I tried with a new brush, washed the vacuum but nothing changed. Returned item.

Much needed!
Highly recommend!!! This thing is awesome! We tested with ketchup and other foods on the ground. Cleaned it no problem. Not a replacement for the mop but for every day use its great. Bot a fan of the bags but you can use without them. Highly recommend

Below Expectation
Used the vacuum for a month now. It works not much differently from a robot vacuum and mop, except this one needs to be handled by a human. The mopping ability is underwhelming. Since there’s no downward pressure on the roller, it cannot remove any small bits of stuck on particles which are merely just stuck on the floor from the same day. The roller’s force is more like blotting the floor rather than rubbing. For white tiles, you can see very clearly that it only removed surface dust or wet stains. If you rely on this to keep your white tiles white, you will eventually end up with grey tiles with dust and dirt built up and layered on over time by the mop. Hand mop is not being replaced by this. Only it is way more expensive than a hand mop. ALSO, the accessories are insanely expensive. The dirt bag (a mesh bag) is over $2 each. It is made of cheap white mesh and plastic sheet as the frame. The mesh bags are similar to those you buy for drain covers which you get 100 for $2. The company definitely rip consumers off with its overpriced accessories. Would not recommend this product.
