At first, the delivered chair table were having small issues so we contacted the seller for replacement, and they replaced the complete set very fast. The quality of chair and table set is sturdy and looks durable. Good for balcony or garden, as per requirement. Seller was quite approachable and helpful towards the replacement.

While the delivery was a bit of an issue, when we finally got the product, it seems o be quite good. It looks good and durable and makes for a comfortable patio furniture.

Update : I had applied for a replacement and the replacement was worse than the first product. The table was unstable as usual and this time the glass top also couldn't sit on the table top. Returned the 2nd one as well and waiting for refund. The product I received, has a broken table. The material seems really inferior quality and is shredded at multiple places. The table top is uneven and bent at several places. The glass ends up unevenly placed too. The table is not stable on its legs too. The circumference of the table is broken. The table and chairs had tons of dust on it. Also the legs are worned out which suggests that the table might have been used previously. Terrible buy. To add insult to injury, there is no option to return the overpriced defective product. The only option is of replacement which I've ordered for. Will update this review after receiving the replacement.

Please expect a long lead time for delivery. However, the seating set is worth the wait. They are compact yet comfortable to sit. They are light yet sturdy. The seller was also very cooperative and responsive to my queries regarding the delivery. I was very impressed with the packaging of the products for transportation. It ensured that the products were not damaged or even scratched in transit. A very good buy.

I am reviewing this product after 2 weeks. the packing was very good . it took me almost an hour to unpack it.which means everything was intact. no breakage. they provided glass too for the table. the set is very much appropriate for the balcony. it's city and nice. We love having tea now on the balcony so yes. the delivery and product is a thumbs up

Set was delivered ahead of the expected delivery date, well packaged, no damage. The chairs are comfortable and table is big enough for tea service. Looks good, easy to setup. Glass was packed separately and in proper condition. Overall, happy with the purchase and service.

Delivery was super late & I had to take extra initiative to get the stuff in hand. Packing was awesome. Product looks exactly like picture & the weave is very good. Only doubt I have is on durability, as its very light metal inside & not stainless steel, so might not last that long.
