I would recommend this product to anyone who is not feeling their best. I felt the difference right away! I was not as tired after taking it and have not gotten sick easily like I used to from colds and viruses. I had a friend that recommended this product to me because it helped her and her children because they were suffering from the symptoms of lyme disease and once they started taking it they have felt better ever since! I'm pretty skeptical of supplements, but after suffering back to back flu and colds for almost 6 months with no reprieve, I was desperate for some relief and all I got from my doctor was "Well its just a cold so we can't do anything." After some internet research I thought this might be my best option and decided to shell out the money for it, i'll admit its pricey, but I was willing to try anything at that point. I started taking this and I haven't had a single illness since. I catch everything, I have a crappy immune system more interested in attacking itself than outside illnesses, and this is the longest I've went without a cold or flu in a long time. Even when I've thought I might be coming down with something it cleared up in a day instead of being one of the 3 week marathon colds I'm used to getting. Maybe it wasn't this. Maybe I've been more careful with hand washing, keeping my house clean, ect. All I know is that I was sick all the time, I started taking this, and I'm not sick anymore, and I'm not too interested in stopping just to see if I get sick again.

I had been taking it for a couple of weeks and was coming down with a sore throat and cold. It only lasted two days and I felt fine again, I am sure that Immune really helped shorten the cold. I will be ordering more soon.

Last year I had six sinus infections in ten months. It got to the point where I was going to have to take a higher class of antibiotics. In addition my digestive tract was adversely affected by all the antibiotics I took. I knew I had to try something different. I started taking a daily multivitamin recommended by my local vitamin shop. I went for acupuncture. I knew I needed another weapon in my immunity arsenal, did research online and came across this product. I have been taking Immune Health Basics daily for about a year. I was sick once this year, but not badly for about three days. This is dramatic for me. Amazing! I recommend this product to everyone I know. Seriously, just try it and take it consistently. Also, anytime I felt myself possibly getting a little rundown I would take two capsules instead of one and I never got sick.

I started taking this about 5 weeks ago after months of getting one illness after another. So far no illness has struck me. And I work in a highrise in downtown LA, which is a very large germ pool. It may have been a placebo effect, but I honestly felt better after one pill.

I have one of those immune systems - I catch EVERYTHING. I bought this in desperation after I caught my 5th nasty illness of the season by January, and I am a believer. Since I began taking this, people around me have gotten sick with colds, and while I previously would have caught every last one of them and then some, I caught only a very minor version of one cold and it was gone in 2 days. That was late January/early February and have caught nothing else since despite being surrounded by sick coworkers and friends.
