Super impressed by this pilates board! Wow! So many different workouts can be performed using this thing. The trick is to keep everything together/nearby and not lose the pieces. Happy customer.

Product seems effective but not that sturdy. It’s easy to use I just don’t think it would withstand a lot of weight over time.

This is a great workout board. It isn't as heavy duty as I thought it would be but gets the job done. You can do a variety of exercises on this - just YouTube pilates reformer board workouts.
