Informative book on Japan
I loved the information on Japan. There is a young Japanese kindergarten student that I work with daily. He was able to make a Samurai helmet that he shared with the class and he was so proud of doing this project on his own, with help from his mother. This gave him confidence and pride about his heritage. The projects that young students can make are creative and simple. Our class is planning to make kites for the month of May.
