From Coal Mine to Ritz Spa
Move over, Beethoven—there’s a new symphony in town, and it’s the Olay Regenerist Brush! I bought the Olay Regenerist Brush, ready for an experience akin to sandblasting my face. Its a face exfoliator so naturally, I expected a machine that could double as sandpaper. But when I turned it on, I was greeted by a gentle, barely audible buzz. Quiet? I’ve heard pin-drop contests noisier than this thing I put it to my face, expecting my skin to scream in agony, but it was like getting a facial massage at the Ritz spa, except by considerate elves. My face felt so relaxed, I almost offered the brush a job as my personal therapist. And when I rinsed the brush, the amount of dirt that came off made me wonder if I'd been living in a coal mine. (This brush must have a PhD in dirt extraction. Sherlock Holmes couldn’t have done a better job of sleuthing out grime.) My skin was so smooth afterward, I wanted to keep using it all night – but I didn’t want to explain to my boss how I was late to work because I was having a midnight romance with a face brush. Talk about effectiveness you say? This thing is a miracle worker. My sensitive skin, which usually reacts to new products like it’s auditioning for a horror movie (ingrown hairs, nodular cystic acne, blackheads and white heads), was suddenly clear and smooth. No pimples, no breakouts – just pure, unadulterated joy. The bristles were a perfect balance: firm enough to do the job but soft enough not to turn my face into a battlefield. Some folks want firmer bristles, but who wants their face assaulted by a porcupine? Exfoliating with this brush is a delicate dance, not a mosh pit. If you want something more bristle, use a steel-wool to exfoliate. (Don't actually do this LOL) Now, let’s talk cleaning. If you're using this to remove a full face of makeup without wiping it off first, congratulations, you’ve just discovered how to turn your face into a modern art masterpiece. To those who think this brush should remove a full face of makeup, do you also expect your fork to make your dinner? Use makeup remover first, folks! I clean the brush head with soap after each use, making sure it's spotless. Because who wants to clean their face with something that looks like it’s been dragged through a mud puddle? As for the rotation, it doesn’t spin like a Ferris wheel on steroids, but it’s got torque! Push it against your face, and it keeps going, unlike me when I hit the snooze button. And trust me, you don’t want it to spin faster unless you enjoy soap flinging contests. There's a bit of a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, you'll feel like an exfoliating ninja. Battery life? I haven’t had it long enough to comment, but I handle it like it’s a gremlin: no water and definitely no midnight snacks. It’s supposedly water-resistant, but I’m not testing that theory unless I want an expensive paperweight. Overall, this brush is a game changer. Sure, it could have more upgrades, but at $25, it’s a steal. My only regret is not buying it sooner. Five stars, two thumbs up, and a standing ovation for the best exfoliating brush I've ever bought. Bravo! P.S. If you think it’s not working, maybe check your cleanser. If it's too thick, it might as well be lube. I've been using it with CeraVe SA Smoothing Cleanser, and it's been a dream team for my face.

The BEST cleansing brush!
I had an earlier version of this brush decades ago and when it finally died, I just forgot about it, I guess. I don't know what took me so long to replace it, but when I recently ran across it online it was ADD TO CART immediately. How did I go so long w/o it? I use it about 3 times a week, keep it in the shower, and do a double-cleanse with my regular face wash. It lathers up well with my foaming cleanser and is easy to clean afterward - simply pop off the brush head and rinse well, then reattach. It comes with an extra brush head, but it takes a really long time to wear one out. I can feel how "extra" clean my skin is after using this, more so than when I just do a regular face wash. I've had no issues with it at all - runs well, just pop in the batteries and you're good to go. Great product for a reasonable price. Olay is a great company and I enjoy using many of their cleansers/creams.

OLAY vs ASNME Facial Brushes
After looking through several facial brushes, I finally stopped to compare ASNME vs OLAY, and I have several differences to note, what I liked, and disliked, and how they performed overall with basic use. Starting off with the ASNME, this is a fantastic gift giving idea for anyone you may know who wants to have their own personal spa day at home. I was surprised the product didn't need batteries, and it comes with a charging cable with a stand. A few other features I really liked about this product is on the opposite side it has a heating/cooling pad to help open up your pour's as you're doing your facial routine. The cold feature worked exceptionally well, and impressed me as did the heating element. Also please note this product vibrates, as opposed to a brush that rotates, however; I noticed with the strength of the vibrations, it was a strong enough sensation to really help exfoliate your skin while using it. Overall, I was super happy with the performance, and features the ASNME had, and found it to be a great purchase. Now, moving onto the OLAY facial cleansing brush, you can see from the pictures with my review that it came completely bare bones. You get two facial brushes, and it mentions that they need to be replaced after three months or sooner based on the frequency of use, and it uses batteries. I feel with the shift in technology, no one wants to have batteries for a product any more, and I found opening up the battery compartment a bit cumbersome with OLAY. Additionally, the speed of the brush wasn't all too strong, and while it may be ok for rubbing in skin creams, I wish the motor had a bit more power in it like the ASNME brush did when all that product does is vibrate. If I was going to pick one brush over the other, I would go with ASNME, simply because it has more features I like, and you won't be needing batteries, or needing to replace brush heads after months of use. I hope you found this review helpful, and informative, thanks for reading! So now after having used the ASNME brush for 1 week now, I've noticed the difference. I'll use the OLAY brush for one week too, and will update if there is any difference. Update: So now after having used ASNME for over a week, I've noticed my skin is softer, and it does feel better to the touch. So I'd highly recommend ASNME to anyone else interested in having gorgeous skin. Here is the link to it :) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B095SWW7NM

I used some other brands before and I like this the most. It's affordable, small size (very portable) and have speed adjustment to your need.

My 12 year old granddaughter has just started to show interest in a skincare routine, so I bought her the Olay Facial Cleansing Brush for Christmas. It comes with extra cleansing brushes. The cleansing brushes are extremely soft. It is a very gentle exfoliating process. She uses it with a skincare kit I bought her and has been diligent for almost a week. I think the cleansing brush is the fun part of the skincare routine which makes her want to do it! A good skincare routine is so important, even at this age. ;)
