I attached them to the walls (I think both are drywalls here in Canada, not sure how this would work in Spanish walls) one across each other and passed a rope to hold a small punching bag. The results are as expected: sturdy and stable. It's working excellently for what I came up with!

Nice, strong fixing and sturdy item. Holds a brachiation equipment for children. Fixed into wood and is holding great after months of use now.

Pendant la fixation du premier anneau dans une poutre en chêne pré-percée, 3 tirefonds sur les 4 ont cassé net pendant le vissage. J'ai du racheter des tirefonds digne de ce nom . Plus qu'à espérer que les anneaux eux même sont de meilleure qualité.
