Highly recommend! The mukhwas had an airtight tin lid that must have sealed its freshness. You could really tell the difference. I will definitely buy again. Shipping was fast and it was cheaper than alternatives at local stores and on Amazon.

For those less cultured folk like myself, this listing was incredibly confusing. The bottles look like spices, but the listing mentions it is a snack. When I got them, I continued thinking these had to be spices that were inadvertently labeled as snacks - but then I decided to go down the Wikipedia rabbit hole. Wikipedia defines Mukhwas as, "...a colorful South Asian after-meal snack used as a breath freshener." So, yes, for those like me who have no experience in this domain, these are indeed a snack. I would say it fits in similarly to where ginger does with sushi. It cleanses the palette after a meal, while offering savory flavor at a lower calorie count. It was a bit odd I'll admit eating this after a meal for the first time, but once I did I realized why it must be revered in certain cultures. Each one offered a bang of unique flavor that really made it feel like I was truly done eating. Like a dessert in a way, but spicy and healthy. I like it. I have no idea how these compare to any other brand or type, but as a clumsy American with a semi diverse palette I can say I thoroughly enjoyed these.

Freshness seal is of good quality. The bottles are bigger than I expected. The plastic is on the thinner side and one of the bottles was dented during shipping, but that doesn't affect flavor. I would have liked suggestions printed on the bottle of what food each bottle spice blend was designed for.
