Very good product. Since purchased it work today perfectly.

Works for a day, then after the solar provides voltage again in morning, the unit completely shuts off and doesn't charge the battery, all light of the units shuts off, when I disconnect and reconnect the battery it starts again. And same cycle continues from next day. DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

I am writing this review after using the product (6 months of use). It is easy to install, little bit of electronic knowledge needed to wire it up. And, I like one of the feature, that controller shut down the whole system, if battery has low voltage that is 11v. Best controller for solar, my solar delivery 25 volt, at max sun brightness, that is very harmful for battery. Controller limit the solar volt from 25 to 13-15 volt at 1 amp.

Product has few flaws: 1. Unregulated output varies upto 15.6v, may damage unprotected equipments. Please use a boost-buck regulator on the output side to protect sensitive equipments 2. SP LED just indicates if voltage available on SP, doesn't indicate if voltage high enough to charge battery or usable at all 3. Battery charge indicator does not indicate when battery fully charged and stopped charging, it just glows till sunshine. 4. Low battery cutoff sense is really bad when tested with a comparably small 4Ah battery. All Lead Acid batteries shoot up the voltage after disconnected from load, but not handled in this controller, so, your load will be turning on/off various cycles before it's finally off after the battery has settled to a low voltage. These flaws were unexpected from a battery manufacturer itself. Apart from this, I use this with a 60 Ah battery, with 100w + 40w panels. Had to install a capacity indicator separately in lack of any usable indication from LEDs, and with a maximum of DC load and occasional inverter use for AC, the battery never fell below 80% capacity till sunrise, so it's atleast charging well.

I the product description and purchase request was without dusk and Dawn. But when i have received it .It was with Dusk & Dawn. Problem is after every 3-4 hours automatically it is disconnecting and after some time again working mode. Which is huge problem for the customer. I request to change this product and provide normal controller without Dusk and Dawn. Please do the needful. For this issue our customer is getting a bad impression on solar item as well as on Exide.
