worst delivery and quality not worth it
dont follow delivery date and time if we call dont get proper response and giving stupid reasons, and come to the quality its horrible with in 6 months damaged the base , worst and not worth it

Better spend a bit more for comfort
1. The back support bends have so much angle that almost 3-4 inches of seat is lost, so poor thigh support2. Washer with bolt is smaller in size and doesn't fit3. No tilt lock at different angles4. Backrest seems smallOverall:1. Super delivery speed by AMAZON2. Better spend 2-3k more and buy high back+headrest chair - it has adjustable lumbar support + tilt lock at different angles + headrest height and tilt adjustment + maximum seat length for optimum thigh support.This chair is good enough for kids, not adults.

Decent but not sure about quality
Firstly, great delivery !! Ordered a bit before midnight and got it by 11 amNow coming to the chair.The listing says "apex"(I am presuming this is the brand) .. on the product it says no such thing.. just says "arrow" on the legs.The quality for this price seemed a bit low.Assembly is easy but the chart that came with the product is extremely unclear. This is coming from a person who builds hobbykits imported from Japan with Japanese instructions!!! Lucky for me I had my old chair around so used it to compare and assemble.Now compared to the said old chair, which was much cheaper than this one back in it's day, looks to have a better quality than this one.The back support plastic was broken and I'll fitting but as it was a minor thing to me I decided to keep it.. it's cushion is a bit stiff but seems okay.The back rest comfortable.The arms well positioned and decent.

it's not good product
it's not product by of 19000+ price because material used for seat is not good and after sitting for 30 minutes so much of heat. after 2 months of use mesh is losing it's quality also. max we can pay 10000.

Still to reach Apex in Quality
The chair is reasonably good. But what needs attention is as shown in the photogragh the leg broken even before the plastic covers to be removed. I am 89 kg in weight and while sitting on it and a slight tilt backwards i was grounded. Thankfully i was not much hurt. Atleast hence forth the legs needs to be reinforced extra to avoid repitition of the same. If company provides me a additional base then i can use the chair further else the new chair is out of use.

OK chair. Have not corrected mistakes highlighted earlier.
Chair is good. 4 holes of base do not match. You can use only 3 screws. 4th hole is mismatch. This is not fixed.Also in my case, the 3 screw for fitting back to base were not present in both chairs. After complaining and follow-up, multiple calls and whatsapp msg to explain the problem, I received 1 set only. I had to buy another set locally.Also, there is a knob for pull-push. However this is not connected to anything. Not sure what's the use.

Worth to buy, but moderately ergonomic.
Body material quality is really good. Assembly is easy and DIY type. The net fabric looks little delicate. Seating seems less ergonomic. Height adjusting facility is useful. One suggestion to design team, the back fabric and the back rest has very large clearance (refer picture) so user has to take pillow to feel rested.Arm rests are little different than they appears. More stylish dual tone. Product pictures are need to be updated.
