Brilliant Story, Great Exercises
This is a lovely book and great for self study. The story of Emily, a young executive, who travels to Venice to unwind from her job at an exclusive spa resort on the Island of Pacelli and instead discovers a shady business activity there is brilliantly told and at the same time full of usefull phrases to help polish your business English. I have enjoyed it immensly and picked up quite a few phrases which I am now using frequently in my job. The second part of the book contains various diverting exercises focussing on comprehension and vocabulary. I loved the accompanying CD as well. I look forward to more books by the author.
