Fabulous
I was in need of new bike grips as my old ones were sticky, torn and used daily. Purchase: It was quick and easy as expected from amazon. Shipping: I have amazon prime so it came in on the 3rd day of purchase. 1 day for processing, and 2 days for shipping. I must note that during the arrival of the package, no one was at my apartment. I live in a row of townhouses one next to another. Everyone in this complex leaving the house will walk through the same path. Ontrac, the carrier delivering this package decided to just leave the box in front of my door. Anyone could have easily taken the package and left without a trace. Luckily one of my housemates came home early to prevent that from happening. Installation: I knew what was supposed to be done to install these grips but for some reason I decided to do it the hard way. First, to remove my old grips, I literally just slit it with a blade and removed it from my handles. Installing the first side of the new grip, I just shoved it dry in the handle with a lot of force. It worked for about 1/4 of the way into the handle. From there, I had to slowly push and rotate the grip millimeter by millimeter because there was so much friction. I regret not wetting the inside with soapy water first. After 15 minutes of struggling, I finally managed to put in the first grip. For the second side, I decided to be smart and put soapy water into the grip. Sliding it in only took 2 minutes. So moral of the story... USE SOAPY WATER. How does it feel?: VERY COMFORTABLE. I've had these for 2 months now, and I use them everyday. They feel great. Firm but soft. Has a very nice grippy feeling to it. I highly recommend these if you are looking for new grips.

Sweet Schwinn Hand grips!
These things are great and are a heck of a bargain. My wife and daughter needed new hand grips for their Schwinn cruisers. These are super easy to install and feel great. The ergonomic fitment is excellent. They have a great grip and look and feel sturdy. They install very easily, I just used some purple power and sprayed the inside of the grips themselves. I also put a squirt on the handle bars. Then they slid and twisted right on. The hardest part was removing their crusty old hand grips. But I just gently used a razor knife and cut through them. Pushing along slowly and peeled them right off. Slap the new ones on and they were good to go.

Pretty good grips for a pretty good price.
These ship as a pair, in retail packaging. The palm grip is pretty nice, and the whole thing is textured so your hands don't slip while you ride. However, because of the way the texture is patterned, it can make your hands a bit raw after a long ride. That's why I didn't give it a full 5 stars. They fit standard 7/8" diameter handlebars. If your bars are a weird size, they might not fit. Follow the directions on the back of the package to install it. If you try to install them dry, you'll just get frustrated and break something. First, make sure the handlebars are CLEAN (wipe it down with windex or rubbing alcohol) and make sure there is no obstruction inside the grips. Then you can use a Windex-style cleaner or rubbing alcohol to wet the inside of the grip and the handlebar. Once it's wet, you have about half a minute to get it all the way on before the alcohol evaporates and then the grip is pretty much stuck where it is. It's easiest if you twist while you push the grip on, and if you maybe add another squirt of windex to the last couple inches of handlebars right before you finish. These are pretty much exactly how they look in the photo. Synthetic rubber construction, no room for bar-end plugs. Not perfect, but not bad for the price. Great if you're one of those people who takes lots of 15-30 minute rides but not so great if you're into riding longer than an hour... if you plan a longer trip wear gloves so your hands don't get sore from the texture pattern.

They are comfortable
I have them on my specialized cross trail and they seem to hold up pretty good. They are comfortable and seem to stay put once in place. I like them better than the cheap ones that came on the bike and they haven’t degraded or got sticky or anything like that.

nice hand grips
these grips are much more comfortable than the original equipment grips and are reasonably priced... made it so that my hands and wrists no longer hurt or go numb on my 10+ mile rides. I dipped them in warm soapy water before installing them and they went on without any trouble. My son had quit riding his bike due to his hands going numb, I put these grips on his bike and he states no more numb hands and he is back riding his bike. they appear to be tough enough to last for some time, like the grippy feel they give also.

Nice handlebar grips
These are a great upgrade for my bike. I've had my bike for 21 years and never changed the handlebar grips until now. They were way overdue! They were starting to become gummy and peel. I like these because of the shape and they're the same color as the ones that came on my bike. Installation wasn't easy for me. I used glass spray like the instructions recommended, but I wasn't able to even get them halfway on. My bf wedged a screwdriver in between the grip and handlebar and sprayed some soapy water and was able to slide them on effortlessly!

Great! Vast Improvement.
I've been using the lame stock grips on my bike for years, getting numb wrists and pains. I recently ordered a new bike (that came with the same round, cushionless grips. I searched around a bit and came across these. They are a good price, and getting them on was quite easy (didn't do anything other than just work them onto the handlebars). The numb sensation has pretty much subsided (I have bad wrists anyhow, so whatever I get is residual from years of pain and physical therapy). I'm really glad to have these, they help A LOT! They are not really soft like I imagined, but they are quite ergonomic and helpful. Not much flex at all, but I didn't they they would have a lot. Ordered with Amazon Prime, got here nearly instantly. Couldn't be happier, and for the price, I'd definitely order again.

Comfy!
Super comfortable! Well made, easy install! Don't try to push them on dry or you'll have a battle. Just pour a little rubbing alcohol into them and they'll slide right on. The alcohol will evaporate shortly and you're done.
