Si quieren tener mejor efectividad en tu entrenamiento ☝️para hombres 1 cup y para mujeres 1/2 cup, tomar 15 minutos antes de entrenar, un vaso de agua y el pre entreno de un solo nada de ir bebiendo poco a poco 💪💪💪
