So I had been consuming a lot of coffee lately and I felt that my teeth had discolored a bit. A few things to take into consideration though - the freshness doesn't last long. The tingling feeling is sometimes too much and causes discomfort while brushing. After the first use, there has not been any further whitening effect.. my teeth have been gone to their original color and that's the lightest they would get. It's not possible to change the color of your teeth with a toothpaste, you can just reduce the staining and discoloration. If you want to get your teeth bleached to get super white teeth, you should see a dentist and get it done by him/her, as those are harsh chemicals and they can damage teeth and gums if used incorrectly. Also please don't brush too hard to get whiter teeth.. damaged tooth enamel cannot be repaired and it leads to sensitivity and other teeth problems. Absolutely useless is this paste. I have been using this paste for more than 3 years. Teeth are as it is. No whitening, No shining at all. I di not eat tobacco, pan, gutkha nothing. Absolutely Abstaining from all types of bad habits which can stain my teeth
