**Q: I need a new thermocouple replacement. is this a replacement part for a, dyna-glo irss12lpt-2pis ? thank you**
A: take  a picture and compare actually any generic thermocouple will work

**Q: Does this include the thermocouple?**
A: Yes. It has igniter and the other part next too it is the thermal coupler. It has two wire that go into valve.

**Q: My heater does not have a factory installed thermostat. What should I purchase to install one?**
A: The thermostat &Gas, valve are one in all the same unit. You would be better off to purchase a NEW heater thats already thermostaticly controlled. 2nd is the gasvlave/thermostat will likely cost you more than a new heater anyway. I worked for a propane company for 15 years. is also doesnt matter if your unit is propane or natural gas as far as the cost is. This piece being shown is a Propane ONLY pilot light assembly and has NOTHING to do with a thermostat.

A: No on both questions
