When a person is in great pain, they want reliable methods to treat symptoms and this product will help. You can use this item as a heat sourced or a cold source, which is great. Even though this product does have some stretch ability, it does run VERY small, so unless you are young or quite thin in bone structure, you won't get it past your foot up onto your knee. I found that out immediately when I purchased the first one I ordered. BUT I was surprised to discover that it did fit my ankle very well, and curved right on there and stayed put, with no problem. I've had issues finding anything that would give me some type of relief for my swollen 20" ankles! I ordered this one, so that I'd have one for each foot. It gives great cold relief to my ankle, is very easy to freeze and reuse, and was very reasonably priced. I can get up and walk inside the house with it on. Best to wear a sock and then put it on over the sock. It's made very well and I've been using it. Thank You!

I absolutely love these gel packs. I workout 6 days a week and my knees don't always feel good afterwards. However, I can put these packs on and they stay cold, not unbearable, and provide me comfort and relief. They fit great and feel good on not too tight. Highly recommend. Great value for two of them and hold up well.

This works great while I’m working in the kitchen. Easy to use. The only downside is it warms up too quickly.

I purchased this product for my mother. She has a bad knee and has tried many different products that really didn’t work as well as she had hoped. Then we found this item on Amazon. This product is different in that you can either warm it in the microwave or put in your freezer. It is easy to apply and remove. It has been very effective in the relief of the pain she was experiencing. The product is made of a very soft material and is not binding. It is comfortable and stretches to fit most sizes. Very good purchase. Worth the money!

These gel sleeves are 100% perfect to take down any swelling or inflammation from tye knee. They can be used hot or cold and fit great!

This is a nice and comfortable ice pack. It’s easy to use and feels great against the skin without being too harsh. My only drawback is that it doesn’t stay cold for a very long period of time. Overall, it works well for short-term relief and is a good option if you need something quick and comfortable.

Phenomenal item. I just got hyaluronic injections in my knees still have pain was informed that I had a baker's cyst behind my knee which the injections did nothing for I ordered one of these just to try and for $15 it seems to really help I put it in the freezer and it doesn't freeze solid it stays pliable and the stuff is made out of is awesome it's like a foam and a gel combined the pictures really don't do it justice and you can have cold on your knee for at least 10-15 minutes solid which is all that is required at one time and the beauty of it is you can also put it in the microwave to heat it with a phenomenal product for $15. It is also very comfortable to wear because it does add compression as well as heat or cold great product I can't give it enough Stars.

I had bilateral knee arthroscopy at the same time and purchased these because I was having a lot of issues with pain and swelling, especially laying down. I got tired of stuffing plastic bags with ice cubes that would drip and melt all over me. The quality of these knee gel sleeves was really good. The size fit perfectly. They’re very durable. They’re easy to freeze and the cooling last for an hour. I put them on when I drive to work and my commute is about 50 minutes. They cover above and below the knee a little bit also they’re flexible but yet they have a little bit of compression which makes your knees feel so good. This is an item. I highly recommend.

Doesn't remain cold enough for more than 5 to 7 minutes. Not very good

This ice pack does a great job for a swollen knee. But it’s pretty cold next to your skin
