I have been taking this product for about a three weeks now. Then as a rule I take a break. More like a hiatus. You need to observe how a certain supplement is supporting you.This is probably the best collagen peptide simply because you won’t even taste or notice it in your food/drink. Zero smell! Nada. Nothing. That’s a major plus because the other brands had too many negative reviews on ‘that horrible stench’.I take it with my ‘bulletproof coffee’. Again...coffee tastes great because of the coconut oil I add and not foul smelling at all.Many weeks later I closely noticed a fallen strand of my hair. Now my hair have always been outstanding quality but my rendezvous with two years of depression and PTSD really changed the hair game for me. I experienced hair fall and thinning and grays.
