Product was professionally wrapped and looked beautiful. Had a nice sympathy ribbon on it. I had it delivered to me because of some negative reviews to make sure it looked nice. I am very pleased with the presentation and product.

Sent without gift message
My grieving neice liked the basket (her son just died), but did not know it was from me until I called and mentioned that she would receive something in the mail. I had filled out a message to attach which offered my condolences and included my name. Not a good time to be apathetic about sympathy messages.

Very cheap looking and not worth the price (dollar store items)
Upon arrival I could tell this is full of cheap/low quality or small items that shouldn’t amount to the price that I paid. Highway robbery. This was meant for a grieving son but will not be giving this. Tried to return but return is not an option. Would not recommend. Also, I would suggest really looking at what’s in the basket because I found food products that I’ve seen at the dollar store in the basket as well as a product that expired this same month of purchase (October)
