Size is somewhat large. I had ordered for M12 as per chart : but is loose on length and width. The rear strap doesn't help much. However recently I ordered crocs flip flop of M12 size which fitted me perfectly. This Anomaly is confusing, particularly for online purchases. When I tried for return / cancellation option, the refund is limited to basic cost (Rs. 1764/- in this case) and balance Rs. 1300/- towards import / freight is to be absorbed by customers - which is a unfair burden. On screen the price indicated is Rs.1764/- but when you place order the cost comes to Rs. 3056/- which should be indicated initially. Overall you feel let down on a good product - first time Buyer need to be vey careful about size unless you have tried with friend or acquaintance and are very sure. To avoid hassles of import / refund you may buy online from shopcrocs.in - you wont have to take a financial hit.
