## Overview

The BEP Marine 720-MDO is a remote-controlled battery switch designed for high-current marine applications up to 500 amps. It features an optical sensor with low standby current, LED status indicators, and supports multiple voltage circuits (12V to 48V). Its compact design reduces cable length and weight, saving cost and installation effort, while meeting CE and ABYC safety standards with IP65 protection for harsh marine environments.

## Description

The MD range battery switch allows you to install the battery switch closer to the battery, allowing you to remotely manage the electrical load found on today's boats. This reduces cable length and size and greatly saves on the cost and weight of copper battery cables. Ideal for remote isolation isolation of bow and stern thrusters The 720-MDO is enhanced to provide advanced options for easy standard installation or switching different voltage circuits from major supply (e.g., 48-volt bow thruster with 24-volt household supply). Optical sensors use the same easy connection for standard installation and can control different voltage circuits such as 36 or 48 volts. Can be used to switch positive or negative wires, separate the main contacts from the control circuit and operate through another battery source. This optical sensor also consumes low standby current (<5mA)

These are all open torn taped up boxes and mine is missing the specialized screws that mount the switch to the base, by the time I went to install it and found out the screws were missing it was past the return date, so i cannot resolve
