Tastes weird, works great
It’s not like other preworkout that are super sugary, so it’s not going to taste like some strawberry popsicle. Besides the mediocre taste (due to them not using bad ingredients), it works great! I’m sensitive to caffeine so this is good to not make me nervous or tingly. Definitely will be using regularly

Does the trick!! Not too much caffeine
It’s an easy drinking pre-workout. Not too much caffeine. I just mix in about an inch of water and shoot it down. Does the trick!!

Energy during Tennis Tournaments
I bought this a few years ago when I came across. I play 2-3 day tennis tournaments so I need to have energy and be ready to compete. I love this product....it gives you the energy you need but without the crazy feeling. This is my true source to go to when I'm ready to compete.

why so many negative reviews?
This is a wonderful natural pre-workout option! I mix it with Endurobites beta red product beet powder and I have quite the workout! Especially gets me going in the morning at the wee hours...that's my only time to workout. Go for it...yes, the taste isn't Kool aid. Of course it isn't! If you want fake sugar and the gross Gatorade sugar flavor, go get some Gatorade! If you want natural energy that propels you through an honest workout without all the extra crap, go for this!

Sucks if you really need energy...
Need a little kick to stay up after 5 hours of sleep [=only short a little] - didn't work...came home and went right back to sleep...missed my class.... I should have read the ingredients...coconut sugar...but... 10/10 do NOT recommend for anyone who regularly drinks caffeine...Zipfizz will get you there...black coffee will get you there...this trash will not.

Highly recommend buying
Honestly this pre-workout makes me feel great I feel like pumping out a ton more reps and it takes all the fatigue away I’m not a fan of the flavor but I didn’t buy it mainly for taste it doesn’t make me feel bloated or sick when I workout it’s honestly my favorite pre-workout I highly highly recommend
