perfect product !!! for refrigerators I wanted to use this for milk storage in the fridge and reheat it when we want. I used this product for almost 4 months and one morning while replacing it. I hit a steel vessel very lightly and the upper part was broken :( .Though I took care of the product but it should have been a little more strong in term of handling. Pros: very good in heating and storage. look good easy to take out Cons: very delicate need to be careful while washing and you simply cannot leave it in sink with other vessels. Since now it is broken I am thinkn what is the 2 yr warrntly of this product
