Nice chair for a reasonable price
The chair came very quick in a sturdy box with easy unpacking and set up instructions. My husband reports the chair is comfortable and easy to control. The seller contacted us to ensure the chair arrived and to answer any questions we might have. My husband has been using the chair for a little over a week now and so dar, he is pleased with its performance.

Best thing I could have bought myself!
I have POTS, and this chair has given me my freedom back! I was unable to go to the zoo with my grandchildren, and because of this chair, I was finally able to go with them! The battery stays charged for so long, it is remarkable. I use it to go shopping in big stores such as Walmart, Sam’s and Costco, and it is so easy to maneuver down the aisles because it is so much more compact than the store scooters or even the scooters you can but for individual use. It has a zero turn, so the ability to do a 180 is so easy! It is built great and made of metal, yet lightweight enough to easily lift in and out of the vehicle. I was supposed to receive a seat cushion from the company and never did. However the seat cushion on the chair suits me just fine. The battery is super lightweight , and is very easy to slide out to charge. And it is airline compatible. I have also brought this chair on a cruise and omg GAME CHANGER! I hope I don’t sound over dramatic when I say this chair has changed my life—because it has done just that! If you have any problem with mobility, do yourself a favor and get this!

A decent powered wheelchair at this pricepoint
I bought this for my dad, but he hasn't been able to try it yet so I took it for a spin. 6' tall, 200lbs. The chair is snug but I'm bigger than most people who would be using the chair. It scoots along pretty fast, but the steering is a bit quick. There would be a little bit of a learning curve to be smooth. Speaking of turning, one thing to be careful of is the caster front wheels. They are like a shopping cart and need room to swing. If you are on a soft surface like carpet, dirt,or grass, turning is a little different. It trying to rotate without forward motion, the motor is pushing but you might not move. Give it a little forward motion to swing those front wheels and off you go. When driving from hardwood onto carpet, I felt the chair twisting under me a little as it went over the divider. This is due mostly to the 6 springs in the suspension. They cushion the ride but so allow for some flexing. The chair comes without a seat cushion and if someone is going to use the chair a lot, it is needed. I was surprised to receive a call from customer service, checking on the order. I did end up getting the chair pad they offered (sitting on it now!). The chair is super easy to unfold and collapse, and the weight is manageable. I do have a few things I would like to see different. Include the inflatable chair cushion, or just automatically ship it out. It's needed. A lever to disconnect the motor from the wheel would be great, to lower the rolling resistance of pushed. Finally, a tether that would go from the plug in light to the handle would prevent loss of removed for charging. Considering it's relatively lightweight design and an entry line price, I think it's a good powered chair at this price. I can't speak to dealing with any issues or longevity, but it seems like a descent chair

Wonderful power chair
I’ve been using this chair about a month. I love it, it suits all my needs so far with one exception. This chair is still too heavy for me to carry or lift into my SUV, so I did need to proceed with a lift. That being said everything else has been great to include the customer service I have received from Anna. She’s answered every question and then some, grateful for her support and knowledge on the product! I highly recommend, I’m getting some of my freedom back thanks to them.

Cheap Wheelchair
This is a cheap wheelchair. The bottom bag, which holds the battery, frayed away from the zipper. I tried the wheelchair around the house on tile floors, and it worked ok. When I took it outside, on tried it on my path going from the house to the driveway, which is pavers (similar to cobblestone). It was a bumpy ride. When I got to the driveway, which is a smooth concrete, the wheelchair slid, and when I removed my hand from the controller, the chair didn't stop immediately. It rolled me into the grass. Then I decided to test the chair in the street, which is on a slight incline. The chair got stuck from the driveway to the street and the back wheels kept spinning. When I finally got the chair on the street, it took forever to get up the incline. If you are going to use the chair inside the home, it would be ok, but definitely not a wheelchair for outside on different terrain.

Amazing Chair
I absolutely love this chair. You can spin around and change direction with ease and it’s much faster than my ride on scooter. Battery life is amazing ! Very much Worth the price if you’re needing a powered wheelchair.

Responsive customer service.
The minimal assembly was easy. The chair works very well. The joystick is not as sensitive as the one on my big chair, but that’s not surprising. I just have to take my time and not get overly exuberant. It took the incline of the ramp into my vehicle just fine. It went over typical household thresholds without a problem. I’m looking forward to taking it on a trip soon. I’m curious how that will go. I cannot manage it on my own but whoever is helping should find it easy to manage. I like the fact that the breaks are very accessible. Customer service has been on the ball. I got a text from the company before my chair arrived. They said to contact them with questions or concerns. I did and got a quick reply. I asked about getting an extra fastener for the joy stick in case I lost the one that came with it. They sent more than one and they sent a bubble cushion as well. I’ve been impressed with their response.

Too big for a cruise ship.
Cons: I bought this chair because I enjoy ocean cruises and my poor wife has to push me around the ship in a standard wheelchair. The specs say the chair is 20.4 inches wide. The cruise line says their cabin doors are 22 inches. However, It does not fit through a cruise ship cabin door. We had to fold it up and carry it through the door sideways. It is heavier than the stated 36 pounds. It takes both my wife and me to pick it up to load into the car. It's a noisy chair. The suspension creaks and cracks as I am rolling along. The charging port under the joystick is hidden. The headlight is plugged into the charging port. Pull the headlight straight out and you will find the charging port. This was not explained in the manual. The headlight falls off when navigating bumpy terrain. Customer service? I emailed mailed questions to them and they never responded. I tried to telephone them and it went right to voice mail, I got no reply. Pros: Very maneuverable. I am 5’ 10” and 260 pounds. It took me around the Colorado Springs Zoo with no problems. The zoo is located on a mountain side and has many challenging sloops. The battery holds a charge very well. On the cruise ship I recharged it every 2 days. I probably could have charged it every 3 or 4 days but I didn’t want to take the chance.
