My nephew has been using this oil daily for the past 15 days. This oil has rich yellow colour as its main ingredient is turmeric. It can't be used as a leave on oil because while it is on the skin it makes the skin look bright yellow so he uses it as a treatment oil and mostly at night. He uses an ear bud for spot application on the pimples. It gets absorbed nicely with a bit of gentle rubbing and after half an hour of application you have to cleanse with mild cleanser / wash it off with face wash and water. I ordered this classical formula in Ayurveda to treat his acne as he has severe acne not just on his face but even his thighs and back. This can stain clothes so he covers his face with bikers mask when using it as a overnight application on his face. The acne breakouts have started becoming less and his skin is more even toned. He was recommended haldi ubtan and the mess involved in its usage was a deterrent so this oil sure is a saviour in this beauty crisis. My mother recommended haldi ubtan for most of my skin issues so I had faith in this herb's magic ! The base oil is sesame ( til ka tail ) which again is effective in treating acne. The skin has also lightened the skin fading the dark patches and itchiness in the back is gone as a welcome side effect. 😍 The oil comes packed in a square shaped plastic bottle with a golden cap. I started using the Ayurvedic formulations from this brand with lot of hesitation and doubts but after getting good results I have gained trust in the brand as well as Ayurveda. I have tried Nalpamaradi oil before from another well known brand which sells it for hefty amount. As I personally love turmeric based products since my childhood, Nalpamaradi oil suits me well. This product has 16 ayurvedic ingredients including turmeric and amlaki. Ingredients present mainly help in removing tan and keep skin glowing. This oil can stain a bit due to turmeric in it. I have been using this oil for my face, neck, elbow and feet as that is where I have pigmentation and tanning. This is not an oil to judge with one time usage. It needs to be used regularly to reap benefits out of it. You can use it as : ❤️ Massage oil, wash off after 30 minutes ❤️ Face pack, add few drops in your ubtan or face pack ❤️ Body Scrub, mix few drops in your body scrub or body ubtan ❤️ Body lotion, add few drops and use your body lotion to avoid dryness and tanning It works wonderfully by brightening dull skin, skin feels healthy and supple. Owing to its anti inflammatory properties, this will suit all skin types. For brides to be, I will advise using this oil regularly for 3 to 4 months rather than visiting your parlour for facials, this will work better by improving skin texture and imparting soft glow. Till now I have been able to feel healthy looking neck region, and I loved its effects when I used it with my ubtan on face. Skin feels smooth and hydrated. My feet area is looking really good 😍, that's where I face most tanning and pigmented spots. On face, I feel my skin looks good after regular using, texture wise, but not much helpful on tanning around my lips. As I said it will take a while and I understand that. I have been using this since 2 weeks, I need to be more consistent with this. Also the fragrance is strong, it's of turmeric, I personally don't mind it at all. I don't mind little yellow tint it imparts too. I find it super affordable for the price and quality. Regular usage is recommended for all who have bought it. It's way better in the long run for our skin. Amlaki is rich in vitamin c which brightens our skin and fights free radicals. Turmeric is extremely beneficial for all of us, even popular brands like Farsali has come out with Farsali Haldi eye cream, Sunday Riley has a turmeric oil with vitamin C, is a best-selling product. Why not use products from Indian brands, and support them and also support Ayurveda? Blue Nectar Nalpamaradi Thailam has been a lovely addition to my skincare for dullness, tanning and uneven tone. The texture is a rich yet smooth Ayurvedic oil that spreads easily; using a thin layer before bath keeps it from feeling too heavy while still leaving the skin nourished and soft.

Bad it is mentioned that it is after bath oil but it is not.

I never cared for my skin before but I guess as you grow up you start doing that. I live in one of the most polluted cities of our country and I hate to wear full sleeves shirt so you can imagine how much my skin has deteriorated in last few years. I came across this product by accident and when I started reading about it I liked it. Since it wasn't that expensive I thought I'll give it a try. It arrived very early, thanks to my prime membership. I read the instructions properly as I wanted to be sure that it's the right product for me and I use it right. It looks like normal oil in a bottle, but the neck doesn't have any cork so it's wide open. So be careful when you take it out on your palm. Now, first things first, it has good amount of turmeric so after applying it you'll see the yellowish colour on your skin, but don't worry it'll go off and turmeric is really good for your skin. What I used to do is I used to apply it for around 30-45 mins and then took shower. That's the perfect way for me. For me, it made my skin more softer and enhanced the colour and glow too. Also, I had an inside injury in my foot (the wound was inside) so sometimes the skin used to itch. I applied this oil and it gave me a big relief. But this was just in my case so just sharing the experience and not exactly recommending it. Be wise how you use it. But all in all it's a great product and very useful.

I have been using this oil for about a few days now. This oil seems to be a lightweight oil and easily blends with the skin leaving the skin moisturized for a long time. Though it has just been a few days my skin feels softer and smoother and nourished for sure. Don’t think it has had any effect on my skin tone as of now. Guess let’s wait and see. This oil being herbal has an organic fragrance which is peculiar also I did not feel the presence of any chemicals. So far I have not experienced any side effects, however be careful while applying the oil as it may leave yellow stains on your clothes.. Overall a good oil and definetly worth a shot.

I have been using this product since one month .... I can see many magic's on my face and it also does the skin brightening job very well .... first, it has good amount of turmeric so after applying it you'll see the yellowish colour on your skin, but don't worry it'll go off and turmeric is really good for your skin. The yellow tint will be washed off very easily, no issues. Even Oily skin people can use it conveniently.Also not have so high fragrance so no issue of that too It acts as a moisturiser as the oil absorbed in the skin very well, it leaves your skin more lighter than before it makes my skin feel more free like massaging an warm oil on your face for 30 minutes will surely make your face muscle active and your skin happierBlue Nectar Nalpamaradi Tailam is like all the other blue nectar products this one is also purely organic amd it has 16 herbs.
