I'm a regular runner and had tried few other ones in the past for knee support but some did not stick for long or were itchy. This one has a very good adhesion (survived Mumbai rains) and is not at all itchy. Precut make is easier. Works well and Would surely continue using it. And yes thanks for the taping guide that really helps to apply the tape correctly" ### ⭐ Does not work as it says. *by J***Y on 12 August 2018* It's bogus, only one thing true which worked for me is no irritation that's all, rest it came off. I put 6 tapes at different places and went for a trek and 5 tapes started to peel even without contact with water one tape on my back is giving out single threads, and I don't feel any stretch from it, it's just there.
