Love it! It totally improved my hair and skin. I no longer feel dry and toxic when I get out of a chlorine/fluoride waterfall, which is completely neutralized by this incredible invention. I have an under-the-sink unit and portable unit as well! Gonna get the whole house unit soon too.

I have two of those units now, one as pictured above (the go-between the faucet and the showerhead) and one that's just the showerhead. Both work as advertised and deliver a noticeable different shower experience. The water feels much softer and using both shampoo and body wash is a totally different and more pleasant experience. You notice even more when you stay in hotels and realize how hard the water is in those places is compared to home. Also, there are noticeable fewer hairs in the drain. None of this is scientific but just my personal experience: Very noticeable. It's like starting to drink purified water rather than tap or bottled water, you cannot go back and hate to stay at places where they don't have purified water and in this case structured water showers. I agree with some of the reviews that it would be nice to have the actual picture of the showerhead as the product, so you know what you are getting. The showerhead itself is relatively cheap plastic, it works, it's just not very variable doesn't look particularly nice. So the go-between unit is better if you want to pop the showerhead of your liking on top, it won't make a difference for the water quality but will give you some extra flexibility regarding pressure, distribution etc. I highly recommend this product but if you want the go-between unit, you may have to contact NATURAL ACTION or Amazon directly before the purchase. PS: Although it's somewhat poor customer service not to include instructions, the installation of the unit is so simple, you really don't need any. Just screw it on top of the faucet and that's it.

The item I received looks NOTHING like the picture on Amazon. No logo, no indentations, nothing. Also there were no instructions as it did not come in a box of any kind, just bubble wrap. Also, there is no way this thing could work as there was only one end to connect to the shower, and no where for the water to exit as one end was completely enclosed.
