I was surprised that it is not actually a laser but a cautery machine( which burns skin layers) so it is actually safer. As far as effectiveness is concerned, it is practice, practice, practice; experience and technique. For smaller mole on hand and arm, I was able to remove the mole in one go. Then after few days of healing, it is completely gone. But parts of the face where is painful, multiple sittings are required. And when scab is formed, you can't see whether the mole is fully gone or not. The healing and scar formation take time. and if full mole is not dealt with, it grows back, yes!Also be careful to use the thinner wire needle with smaller screw like part instead of the bigger pointed head or it will pain more. The instructions are not clear so please see a tutorial on how to fix the needle.

The machine is not working properly.. don’t waste your money on buying this worthless machine.. they described this machine is working on many skin problems but you don’t get any respone after using this.. and they don’t have refundable policy in this product.. I highly recommend everyone don’t buy this machine

I bought this product 4 months ago I tried it on my Beautyspot and it actually disappeared I was shocked but yes It will leave u red mark after the treatment you have to use cream to reduce the red spot. And I am not sure about the mole will try on that also.
