The Little Book of Calm Colouring: Portable Relaxation

When I ordered this booklet, I was sceptical about it. But when I recieved and started coloring it I realised it is one of the best buys of my life. It is a small sized booklet with approx 50-60 pages. Designs are beautiful and soothing. It takes hardly 30 mins to fill a page. But the level of relaxation it gives is awesome. It's great to pick a page and colour before bed. Will help declutter your mind and better sleep.

Helpful for me does provide relief to my anxiety.

Perfect size. Worth the pirchase!!

This is a cute little packet of joy. I like smaller sized colouring books like these where you can complete colouring a design sooner and in lesser sittings. I recommend this over the huge designs in Mandala or Zentangle books, unless you are seriously in to them. I bought 2 colouring books for mindfulness and loved both of them. This is one is smaller of the two in the pictures and video attached. Quality of paper is awesome. I have been using pencil colours, haven’t tried sketch pens or other mediums.

Must buy to relieve stress and on the go booklet. Though i thought it wud be bigger in size maybe a notebook size. But its a must for all busy working people. Chota packed bada dhamaka

Has beautiful and cute pictures in it, if you like to fill in patterns or geometric designs. Even because of it's size, it's very convenient to carry. Overall... it's a big yes!

Absolutely delighted with this book. The illustrations are beautiful, the quotes very well chosen, and they have put a lot of thought behind which design should go with which quote. The paper is of surprisingly good quality. I used water colour pencils without the colour seeping into the back, but I have not been so lucky with the brush pens...they soaked through, and also smudged onto the top page. I think that's more to do with the nature of the medium rather than the paper quality. Planning to try acrylic colours too. Four stars only because the binding is very tight, and the designs go right up to the inside edge. In combination with the size of the book, that makes for a very cramped space in which to work. I know it's meant to be portable, but I wish they had used spiral binding or left a broad margin on the inside edge, making the book a little rectangular in shape. I foresee some serious struggles when I reach the designs towards the centre of the book (I am estimating there are some 100-odd pages) because of this. I would strongly recommend it for anyone who has reasonably okay eyesight and motor skills, but because of the size and tight binding, not for anyone who has issues in these areas (speaking from experience).

I've only been into coloring for about 3 months - avid adult beginner. I'm picky about my coloring books. This is a good small portable one that I plan to take and have spiral bound. Pros: single sided images, designs well thought out and large enough to see for older eyes, variety of geometric, floral, nature, etc. The backside of the pages are not left blank but have a thoughtful sentence or paragraph to contemplate while you are coloring. This is a good small sized coloring book. There are not many portable sized ones out there and this is a nice one. You could probably complete most of the images with 12 pencils, gel pens, markers, whatever, or less and be perfectly happy with what you created. Great book, I might order another one. Wish they were easier to get in the US.
