It’s like pixie dust, but spicy!
I’ve been a frequent buyer of urban platter for a long time now. I cook a lot of things with this spice mix and also sprinkle it over fries and chips. Although, this piri piri seared tofu that I make has got to be my favourite! Just pat-dry tofu strips with a paper towel and add them to a marinade made of lime juice, salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil and two teaspoons of Piri piri spice mix by urban platter. Let it sit for an hour and sear them in a hot pan with a bit of olive oil. Served with a few lime wedges and stir fried veggies, it makes for one lip smacking and healthy meal. Less than 300 kcal and packed with protein, good fats and vitamins. Definitely purchasing again once I run out of it (which shouldn’t really take very long)
