And in the pages with the photographs the description of what plants give what nutrients is more than worth it. had to buy a new copy, lent my old one to an artist friend and he will not give it back. Portable, easy to pack, durable. Although I'd prefer to have something much more specific to my area, I think this book is a must have for the price, content and interest alone. It ain't no plant Bible or anything, but it definitely had more information than any of us knew about. Gives good information on those plants in the wild that can be used for food.
