The item was received in 5 packages all nicely packed to avoid any transit damage.The nuts and bolts required were packed and attached safely to one of the frames.Two double end spanners to tighten the bolts were also in that package but the sizes were not exactly suitable with the result that I had to use my own spanners for tightening. The frames are strong and sturdy.The materials used and the workmanship are very good.Assembling is easy.Look nice.Very competitive price.Highly recommended.

I ordered the Outdoor Swing, I was showing this will arrive after 10-12 days but it arrived within 3-4 days. The installation was done by the person who bought this till my home. The Sturdiness and the quality of the Swing is amazing. I have installed it on my Terrace. The Sturdiness is amazing and the Built up of Swing is good. I am almost 100 kgs and it takes around weight of 300 kgs (3 seater). Only thing I would recommend in this swing is the Canopy.. It should have been hard material instead of Oil cloth type of material. . . Overall amazing.. Must buy product for wife/kids/old parents

Pros: 1) Frame looks sturdy and made with high quality material. 2) Easy to assemble 3) Tools included Cons: 1) Swing backrest is short and no headrest. 2) Frame width is too long which will take up more space. 3) Frame design is odd with a lot of open rod endings which can lead to tripping and tangling of clothes and can be made simple to look clean. 4) Doesn't come with cushions or pillows.

Product is good but item missing.. Like rods for roof attachment is missing.. I hope the seller will help me with that.. Plus the item was delivered late that too by two weeks.

Delivered before time, in a good and safe packing. Received without any damage. Very sturdy, easy to assmble and value for money.

Good quality steel/iron and had a good finish.One spanner given was not of the right size so fixing bolts and nuts was tough. One side had small scratches .The swing is not stable , when I sat and moved on the swing a bit farther, the supporting bars moved up from the ground and the entire structure was about to overturn.Very risky due to that. Otherwise it is a good looking product. The roof has velcrow to hold the material on the frame but it wont be long lasting.Fixing needs two people and it's parts are heavy to move around.

Nut and bolt alignment could be improved. One screw won't set because a rod is longer than it should've been.

A good product well, packed well finished, easy to install worth money spent. Areas of improvement change nuts with Land key type head and add Land Key in tool set. Although there is roof cover the top bar end gets covered but better to provide caps at both ends so that hole is not visible.
