Hi, to start off, its a great product especially suited to people on the move. I have been using it for my baby over the last few weeks and don't have any complaints. The after sales support on the product is also very friendly and helpful. They answer your query promptly. basic features i noted: 1. installation is quite easy. 2. the fabric quality is generally good and holds strong. 3. the extra coverings on the either ends of the cradle ensures the baby wont fall off. 4. the provided cushion is a standard fit it. suits fine for most infants. else just y=use some additional clothing cushions if needed. 5. the springs seemed sturdy and doing their part. i did some weight tests on the springs as per their rating and there were no issues. I suggest you all do the same to ensure baby's safety prior to actual use just to be sure. I always keep a cushion just below the cradle as a contingency to the contingency. bit of a safety freak. 6. the safety cord holds well too. 7. I didn't test the frame works with 100 Kg load as practically i would never use that much load anyways. 8. The price for the commodity is somewhere near to the alternatives in the international market but since its locally available and ships fast, i didn't really mind. Overall its a good product. hope the review helps.

I am using this from the past several weeks and I must say, This is the Best Hammock I bought. Pros : 1. Good and Sturdy Product. 2. Very Heavy Metal and Strong Structure. 3. Very Easy and Smooth Assembly. I did it within 5 Mins. No Tools Required. 4. Variety of options of Springs (3 Springs included) As your baby grows you can change the spring and maintain the comfort. 5. Can also be used by the kids till 18Kgs. My 3 Years old uses it very roughly but it is standing strong. 6. Gives premium look and adds beauty to your rooms Interiors. 7. Mosquito Mat is a cherry on the cake. It perfectly covers the whole hammock. also easy to open and wash 8. Price is comparatively low if you go for international brands. (Make In India) Cons : Haven't found any cons yet. Overall, I would like to give 5 Star Ratings because It is perfect from every angle.

The product is very sturdy, comfortable and easy to assemble and use. But there is a drawback. It's been 4 days since I am using it, the spring of the swing has got loose and the bed has started bending.

The product is excellent! no doubt about it. Good design, portable and strong. Neat packing, and it comes inside a carry bag (like a guitar bag). It is portable, you can disassemble the unit in couple of minutes and carry it along with you. Another thing is, it can be placed in tight spaces, near to bed, during night it would be extremely useful. I usually don't write reviews like this, I have to say this though, the main reason I am writing this review is because of the after sale support these guys provided. After a month or so they reached out and said few users have reported issues with couple of springs and they have re-designed parts now and will send over complete replacement set for free. Through whatsapp I gave them my address and in few days I got the parts. I have never seen an Indian company doing something like this before (except in auto industry). I have to say that these guys are genuine and sincere. I am very happy. Guys, go for it. This is an excellent product, you will never regret your decision.

Nice product

After much research on baby bassinets/cribs/rockers, I am glad I found the Kidzy King Hammock. I wanted something very similar to our traditional jhula/thuli (in Tamil) that was compact, comfortable, sturdy and safe. This product meets and exceeds all the above expectations. Our baby sleeps comfortably in the hammock with gentle vertical motion. Their customer service is also exceptional. I got prompt responses regarding my concerns and they also offered a complimentary mattress on request. So all in all, it is a great buy! If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be regarding the mattress. The current mattress design maybe not the most ideal for small babies or new-borns as they sometime roll over (the hammock is spacious from within). To avoid this from happening, we have rolled some bedsheets and placed it on the baby's sides. It is a small adjustment but the hammock works wonders regardless. The company did mention in one of their emails that they are working on a new design for the mattress, and I'm sure they will make their best attempt to address this concern.
