Good product, without making hair to stiff and artificial!

I have frizzy, wavy hair which easily lose moisture to the atmosphere in humid environment. I bought this spray because I blow dry my hair once a week and I wanted something to keep that hold. Initially I was happy with the product because it wasn't like other hair sprays (which leave hair crunchy and later you've definitely gotta wash your hair, it's even difficult to brush your hair the next day). It's light on hair. However, when I actually used it over my styled hair and stepped outside for dinner, I was so disappointed because the hold was bad. It didn't do anything, my hair were as frizzy as they usually are. Additionally, my hair felt a little crunchy (not a lot but enough to make me uncomfortable). Now again, this might be unhelpful for wavy hair, maybe it works on other hair types.
