These gel pads are quite thick enough to give my foot comfort and help me walk inspite of my planter fascitis. Adhesion is good, they do not move from their place.

Not suitable for high heels
This product cannot be used in high heels to get relief from pain associated with high heels. The product it self is 1 inch in height and adds more heel height to the already existing high heel. Tried with both block heeled sling backs and pumps, not satisfied. Maybe it can be used by men as the width is also a little bigger when compared to a woman's foot.
