They say too tight is for surgery. This is excellent, not too tight, not too soft. Awesome material. Not pricking or allergenic. Dad loves it. Bought it for his cervical spondylosis. I have bought a hard one too, but I think he is already in love with this one. I think all dads and moms above 45 requires this. His pain started when we gifted Netflix few months back. He kept watching it in poor posture. And then the pain started at night a few days back. It was disturbingly horrific to see dad in pain, hence, ordered it. Came after 4 days, even tho I'm a prime member because it is in Kerala. Any way, product. Another problem was that the package came opened from inside.

It's a good product which provides adequate support. It has adjustable strap. Ladies should go for medium size product like me but if you have thicker neck then go for large one or a very skinny and small neck then go for small size. Medium size fits perfectly well and now I am more active than before. I have read on sites than one should not use the brace all the time. One can use it for 5 to 6 hours during 1 week and then gradually reduce the dependance on it otherwise your muscles will get weaker. Doing exercise is a must with neck braces.

It is exactly as shown in the picture. Broad, Soft and comfortable. Due to its quality, it does its job very well (relieves neck pain). My old age parents prefer a soft belt compares to a hard one and this one is a perfect choice. The only drawback, it is not washable - after washing it loses its shape.

I was toying with the idea of buying one after an accident fifteen years ago left me with chronic pain in the neck and shoulders and I was advised by the doctor to get a neck support brace. Based on prior online experience with buying wearable items, I was in two minds but eventually caved in. I do not regret this one. This is by far, a quality item. I opted for the smallest size (their size charts are accurate unlike those provided by tee shirt manufacturers and lumbar belt sellers and those footwear vendors - which have the highest number of complaints regarding size not fitting requirements by a wide margin). So one extra star for the accurate size chart - check your neck to chin / base of ear height and you should not have reasons to go wrong - the velcro belt is quite long so you are quite alright even if you have a thick neck. The colour is quite a nice shade of blue, the material sits tightly. It is a little stiff and I am not sure if this is something that will soften and become pliable with time. I might have more to say on this in a month or so. The packaging was rather flimsy - the cardboard material was squished and the flaps were open and the material itself was however untouched and undamaged - Amazon's external branded plastic sealed cover took care of that. However, this is something of concern and has already been shared elsewhere. Delivery was on time and I am happy I opted for this. Good work, Amazon and a huge thumbs up to the seller. PS: buy this on doctor's advice and not because you have self-diagnosed yourself.

Just received a few days back, fits my dad, he’s finding it more comfortable so far compared to the one he was using earlier.

It's too short. As per product description the collor is suitable for a neck circumference of 15 to 20 inches. But it's not fitting a 17 inch neck. Too tight and there is a chance of suffocation. This is a breach of trust, and I can't return or ask for replacement, as it is non returnble. It's a tremendous disappoint to me,. Never thought Amazon would entertain such false description of the product. You should take action against the manufacturer. I demand a replacement of this product. If not done I will be forced to resort to further action. I don't want refund of my money, but for replacement with any other similar collor. Thanks
