You can buy it without having second thought. I am using it in my kitchen since 2 years and the result is mesmerizing. It instantly heates the water like at a boiling temperature and the local technician who installed it was saying that build quality of racold is very powerful. I would like to rate it more than 5 ⭐ but the limit is only 5 😊👍. For more authentic and genuine information you can visit the you tube channel of vineet Malhotra. I have bought many appliances on his recommendation and they are my best investment as I am using many of them since years. I am genuinely saying that and not promoting any brand or person.

Value for money...please note that you have to keep the power plug and connecting pipies ready (see the second pic) before you call your plumber. I got installed on the same day of delivery. 2 days later I got a call from the company(arranged by the distributor) if you are not in a hurry you can wait for that. Plese not installation is not free for 3l model and power plug and inlet and outlet connecting pipes are not part of the product. I recommend this product. It has been couple of weeks now it's working properly

Right product, depending on what your usage requirement
Ordered the product and received delivery in less than 24 hours! The product was pretty much what was described. I received the geyser with an electrical cable, there is no plug (3 pin) or inlet / outlet pipes, all of these need to be purchased additionally. Coming to the installation, Racold team did call for the installation but it was almost 2 days after the product was received and by then I had got my local electrician and plumber to install the geyser. I’ve installed the geyser in my kitchen and use it for washing of dishes. The functioning is pretty easy, it warms the water within few seconds of switching the geyser on. There is no water storage per say in the geyser but the heating is almost instant. I’ve only had it for a few days now but definitely recommend. I’ve bought this over Havells and other geyser companies.

Product stopped working after a week.
Product about after lot of positive reviews, compared with other brands and finally after installation just worked for 10 days. Now Water is not heated and money got wasted. Feels like havells is best based on customer support and product quality.

Usability issues
Unsatisfied with the product. Blue and Red lights are not visible properly. You need to turn off bathroom light to see gyser lights glowing or not. I ordered AOSmith 3L instead which works well.

Racold geyser is wonderful product. Madhav , executive for Racold who helped feeting geyser is wonderful and very polite. He fitted the gyese with no mess around. Product is too good for family use. I am using it since long time
