I don't understand the negative reviews for this brush at all. I have shoulder length fin hair which tangles very easily so requires being brushed quite often. I received the brush yesterday and already love it because it easily detangles my hair without any pulling or ripping the hair out and leaves my hair looking healthy. The bristles are not hard at all, the brush is comfortable to use, they is no scratching of the scalp. I can use it numerous times throughout the day without any issues at all I would highly recommend if like me you have hair that tangles easily.

Where has this brush been all my life? It's been an absolute game changer. I did lots of research for a detangler brush and eventually decided on this one. I have not been disappointed. Brushing my hair had become an incredibly painful experience due to fibromyalgia so it was important to me to find the right brush. I'm so glad I found this brush. It's made a huge difference to my pain levels. It glides through my hair with ease like no other brush ever has done before. It's easy and light to hold. It's sturdy, but not too solid, but not too soft either, it's just right. It is the perfect brush. I have very fine, thin hair that gets knotty very easily. I highly recommend this brush!

Perfect, detangled gently without tugging hard at the hair.

It works really well at detangling tatty hair. I didn’t have high hopes really but it has exceeded my expectations. It’s comfortable to hold and detanglers mine and my daughter’s thick waist length hair. It smooths hair out quickly without pulling or tugging hair. Just as good as the leading brands.

Perfect

I have fine curly waves hair and when it gets longer gets awfully tangled. Was looking for a brush that gently detangled my hair, and this brush does the perfect job.

I have reasonably thick hair and on the first stroke of the brush through it, multiple bristles bent. Not very impressed since the brush's bristles are supposed to be resistant to that.

Brilliant, better than leading brands

I think my search ends with this one. I have very hick hair. It covers it brilliantly. I honestly love how easy it is to clean. I use this while I shampoo and condition. The massage it gives is amazing. Spreads my conditioner easily. I clean it every single time I shower and it’s SO easy unlike other brushes where we struggle to get out all the hair. This doesn’t even hold dust. Breakage has reduced considerably. It’s actually zero now and better yet, I have no frizzy hair anymore. Love how compact it is too. Easily fits in my bag (not for sling bags) and the shape is really awesome to hold too. Pictures attached. It’s totally worth the price. Bristles are neither too hard nor too soft.
