It's been a month and so far have used the Welcare Treadmill almost every day and faced no issue. It is a great feeling to walk in the comfort of home, is of perfect size and very sturdy too. It can be folded when not in use and is easy to open and close. Has all the exercise functions of calorie count, kms ran, time and speed. One drawback is that there is no Pause button in it to continue after a small break. Customer care too has been good and responsive and installation guy was also cooperative.

I bought this in 2019 October and has been using the equipment on a daily basis. Very easy for self installation. Smooth operation, fast switching to speeds, can run in high speeds with good stability of the machine. Very little maintenance so far.. overall a very handy and must needed machine at home.. pulse indicator will not be that accurate.. overall my experience is highly satisfactory.. thank Amazon for lowered rates..not a big spend in electrical consumption.. customer care is constantly in touch with me for any assistance through WhatsApp. Thanks to them too..

I am using this product more than two months. Is an ideal model for a home user. Strong build quality and user friendly options even for a common man. The delivery and installation direct from company and they gave clear instruction for the use and maintenance clearly. And some telephonic feed back checking after a few days since the installation. Worth for this price commenting for all those want to buy a treadmill even in a minimum space. Thank you welcare for such a grate product.

Well thank you as treadmill was delivered on my birthday so first of all thank you for timely delivery and even the product is awesome I am using from last 2 months but no problem at all nice product over all I will give 5 out of 5 over all the product is awesome and upto the mark thank you

Hi every one,i got this machine in September and writing this review after almost 9 months later .during the first 3 weeks itself of use there was a major problem in the machine as the running belt was moving in one direction more,like the problem we have in cars of weel balancing.i called the welcare and they told me there would be a charge of Rs 350 despite the fact it was in warantee. I said no problem.technican visited and he opened the complete machine and due to lack of experience he had cuted the running belt and was not able to assemble the machine.i called the company again and they told me not to worry and they will fix it.as the running belt was now complete damage they had ordered for me which took another 1 month to get it fix and i will in delhi and the order was placed in banglore.after that still i faced the same issue. And now 9 months of usage the issue remains the same and the buttons of start and stop has also stoped working. In short 1 you have to pay evertime u have any issue besides the machine in warantee. 2 lack of experience of technical department. 3 waste of money.

Sturdy and easy to use. Though product delivery was a bit delayed by logistics, Welcare team responded very well. The installation and service were done within a few hours of receiving product. The installation person properly assembled the treadmill and explained everything. Installation was pretty quick and I could start using the product the same day. Pros: sturdy and easy to use, foldable and moveable. Cons: no speakers or audio jack Overall The product is good enough for home use. I'll update my review after one month's use.

I bought the product in the month of January after doing lot of research on other products .The product is very good to use as it is noiseless and non heating .Before buying it I went to Welcare showroom as it is a Coimbatore based company . They were offering me warranty of three years on motor , one year free service and maintenance . But I bought the product at amazon due to high gap in rate . At the time of installation they told me the motor warranty will be valid only for one year and no free services will be entertain as the product was taken from amazon instead of buying it from their showroom . The product is too good but I do not know what they are going to do with their services.

I've been using this treadmill since 2019. After doing all the research I want to give it a try. To my surprise Welcare treadmill seems really good in performance.👏 Excellent customer support and easy installation. Me and my family use atleast 2 hrs a day. With proper maintenance this treadmill can be used for a long tym. Tip: Buy silicon spray (Use once in 15-20 days) together to keep the machine lubricated.
