Red Raspberry Butter (Organic) can be used for the face, body, and nails but I like it the best for my hair care. There is no need for complex recipes, I just take a small amount of butter itself, rub it between the palms and apply it to the hair length and roots. Leave it for at least 30 minutes or even better for the whole night. I apply a lot like 3 spoons (it does come with a little spoon), as much as my hair can absorb (I have long hair below my shoulders). Then I try to distribute butter evenly so all my hair are covered. If you love raspberry oil for general moisturizing sunscreen purposes like me, then this stuff is so great for travel or to keep in a purse (as the liquid kind with the pump top tends to slowly leak. I am totally addicted to raspberry oil though. So much absorbed skin hydration but doesn't leave a greasy feeling on skin like coconut oil.
