I already have manual inflate airbags on my 2016 f-250. Will this system be a simple swap and work well ?

After you find a mounting location and power source it's all downhill. My system has worked flawless. I would never do airbags again without it.

Can I use this with the firestone ride rite air bags I already have on my truck?

I would say that it will work fine. The compressor and hand control does not know what kind of bags you have on your vehicle. I love it and it works great for me. The Air Lift bags go from 5 psi to 100 psi. Go for it...
