Love the capacity and also the flat bottom. Handle is also sturdy so far. And the large lid is quite versatile and I use it with my other vessels too. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good product but not worth the money *by G***H on 20 June 2014* I am satisfied with the quality of the product and no qualms at all. It definitely is not a replacement of non-stick cookware as I had veguely thought. However, I wanted to do away with the risk of using non-stick cookware and hence moved onto this. Given a choice, I recommend using steel vessel over hard anodised. You have to cook at the lowest flame as a mandate and ensure that the vessel is oiled enough so that the food doesnt stick. If you cook at high flame the food gets stuck to the vessel and its a daunting task to scrub it off. However, not as daunting as cleaning up a steel vessel. I would recommend this vessel over usual steel utensils only if you want to save gas. Food cooks slightly faster and more uniformly than steel utensils.
