Changing the ratings.... Don't buy
I've changed my review.... there is no authorized dealer in India. I wanted replacement accessories for the same, so got in touch with Jaybird customer service... they informed the product cannot be shipped as the Product is not sold there. Have to buy fake accessories.Excellent sound quality!

Product good no after service
Sound wise the product was really good, battery worked for 6-8 hours, but they stopped working 6 months after buying the product. There is no after sales service in India as the company has been bought by Logitech in July - 2016 and company doesn't provide any service in India if your products doesn't work.I had to contact skullcandy through the helpline number, where you get no significant help from customer service. They just give the same reason and do no help with anything.

Disappointed with these earbuds
First some context/history.I've been a user of Bluetooth earphones for a few years. My main usage is on my daily commute, when I'm doing DIY or when I'm working in the garden, not having to have a long cable trailing off to my source device is a big help.My first Bluetooth earphone was the Sony MW600. This was a two part set consisting of in-ear buds with a short cable and the actual Bluetooth receiver which had the source selection, volume and playback controls. This was fine but there was still that wire from the buds to the receiver and on occasions it would still, somehow, get snagged on something to the point that the cable eventually got damaged through being caught so often. Unable to find a replacement set of buds with as short a cable for a price I deemed reasonable, I ended up replacing those buds with regular cable length headphones plugged into the MW600 Bluetooth receiver. This meant that I was back into occasional snagging and yanking out of the earbuds when they caught on something, no matter what I did to hide the cable away within my clothing. So, I was looking for sports style earbuds to replace this setup. I'd seen a few positive reviews of the Jaybird X2s and so when I saw they were on sale on Amazon at about a third off I decided to buy some.X2 reviewI've had these since July 2016, so I feel able to deliver a full verdict now.- Battery life. This seems fair for the size of the buds. I seem to get two days' use out of them on my normal commute & lunchtime usage (which is around six and a bit hours for me)- Sound quality. If you stand still or are seated and hold the buds to your ears to form a good seal, the sound quality is good as far as I'm any judge - certainly good enough for the purpose of being worn in the outside environment where there is going to be lots of traffic and other noise. Unfortunately, due to the issues of fit mentioned below, in normal use the buds don't fit properly into the ear, so the bass is somewhat lacking.- Build Quality. The buds and connecting cable feel solid enough, although the connecting bit between the cap that covers the charging port and the bud feels worryingly flimsy.- Fit. These buds just do not fit into the ear well. I've tried all the sizes of tip supplied (both the foam and gel) and made sure the fins are properly positioned but frankly they just do not fit in the ear well. I believe this is because the bud has a wider diameter than a typical non-Bluetooth in-ear bud and so that stops the tips going quite as far into the ear canal as they need to. This also means that the buds don't block out quite as much ambient noise as I'd expect in-ear buds to do.Also, I just can't seem to adjust the slack in the cable properly. I either seem to end up with a little too much slack, in which case it seems to catch on the collar of my shirt or coat, or in the hood of my hoodie, or I end up getting it a bit too taut, in which case one bud or the other seems to pop out every five seconds.- Tips/fins. Oh, my goodness do the fins and tips not seem to want to stay on the buds. I've never experienced anything like it with other in-ear buds where you normally have to apply a bit of force to remove the tips (e.g. you're doing it on purpose or the bud is caught in something and you're pulling the whole thing to try and get it out).I've lost count now of the number of times the fins and tips have come off the X2s without me realising. This seems to happen most when I’ve been charging the X2s and pick them up. Either a fin or a tip will make the slightest contact with something nearby and come off and often the first I realise it is when I come to use the X2s next and have to hunt around for the missing part.Fortunately so far they've only come off at home or in the office and I've been able to (eventually) find the missing tip/fin and put it back on, but I've sometimes gone a couple of weeks before finding the missing bit, which means a couple of weeks not being able to use these earphones.- Power off. You seem to have to press the play/pause button for a lot longer than I’d expect to turn the earphones off.- Volume control. The volume up/down buttons don't seem to work when there's no audio being played back. Therefore, if I want to switch from listening to a podcast to listening to music, I have to remember to reduce the volume on the earphones before I stop listening to the podcast or reduce playback volume on my device, otherwise else I’m subjected to a deafening blast of music while I frantically press volume down.- Random source playback. I'm not sure if it's a quirk of how these headphones interact with the source device or not (I didn't get this with my Sony MW600 so leaning towards it being the X2s) but if I turn them on and press the play button on the X2s, without having unlocked my device and switched to the app I want as the source first, what starts playing seems to be somewhat random. I'd have expected it to start playing the last source that was played but often it seems to default to Google Play Music (which combined with the volume control issue means being subjected to hearing ruining extremely loud volume for a few seconds)- Storage box. The buds come with a box in which to store them and the charging cable when not in use. This is a good idea but the lid is a real faff to put back on to the point that as long as I’m going to be putting the box with the headphones in into my work back I’ll just not use the lid as the earphones seem to do a good job of staying in the box.I paid £84.99 for the X2s, down from £119.99 in an Amazon sale. Frankly, from the issues I have found, I'm amazed they believe these are a triple digit price product, and feel I overpaid at £84.99. When it comes time to replace these I won’t be purchasing a Jaybird product again.

Good sound haven't lasted well.... rubbish!
I bought these headphones about 9 months ago, I wanted to give them a good chance before reviewing. The sound is pretty good, play lots of different music through them but predominantly bass heavy. I would say you get a decent amount of bass and a balanced sound, EDM is good using 320k Spotify. Djent and heavy metal sounds good too! They also deliver classical music well too, at least to my ears. The headset/mic isn't that great, even in quiet places it just doesn't seem to pick up enough sound? I haven't used it too much.Build quality is good, I don't usually spend £150 on headphones but I wanted something good. They feel solid with a rigid case on the ear pieces, the connecting wire is also very good quality and not rubbery so it doesn't cling to clothes. I do experience some interference on occasions which makes me think that the connection isn't that great, I get this when I move my head sometimes but not consistently though and it's not regularly enough to be an annoyance. My low rating is because the battery is rubbish! You get nowhere near 8 hours with the volume at a sensible level. I have to charge mine after about 4 hours use, yes I am travelling on public transport but not the London Underground just regular trains. I'm also suffering from a fault too now, where they are fully charged but won't turn on. So I plug them back into the mains for a second and they work as normal. This is MEGA annoying!!! Having fully charged headphones that can't be used!So £150 and 9 months use, not good enough to be good value for money and now need to go through the pain of changing or repairing them.I'm revising my two star review down to one, after trying to contact them via support email and via their twitter site they haven't responded to me once! I would say it's terrible customer service but there is NO customer service! Save the hassle and get a headset through a proper company. Jaybird aren't a reputable company. Utter s***e, I've had the misfortune of wasting £150 to find this out. AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!

Perfect
Ah at last earphones that I really get on with. I've tried so many over half a year. Most don't have enough range so when your phone is in your back pocket the signal breaks, beats were good but I didn't get on with the over ear hooks as I mostly have one earphone in and it goes in and out v frequently so I can pay attention to kids as well as listen to my book or music. These are awesome. I can leave my phone in the kitchen go all the way to the living room on the other end of the house and my book doesn't interruptIn the box you get different type of earbuds, I got the smallest in and they stay in nicely, not perfectly like apple shaped ones but good enough and I'm willing to sacrifice a bit of comfort towards the range of bluetooth

3 years later...still perfect.
I bought these headphones for running. Perfect fit, comfortable, never any danger of falling out, lightweight, and above all durable.I’ve been using these headphones for over 3 years of running and gym workouts, stuffing them in bags or pockets, tossing them on the floor etc etc. They have held up remarkably well, so much so that I also purchased a pair of X4’s, which seem similarly excellent.Always recommend Jaybird to whoever asks.

These seem like they would be a great product but I just ...
These seem like they would be a great product but I just didn't find them at all comfortable.I think keeping all the electronics contained within the earbuds themselves puts just a bit too much weight on the ear to work for prolonged use, or doing any sort of active activity, even with the supplied fins.I tested them sat at my desk at work and had no trouble getting set up with the bluetooth connection to my iphone, and they came packaged very nicely with the included case so my user experience was great, and the sound quality was exactly as expected. It really just came down to comfort. They felt just a bit too large even with the smallest foam pads and became very uncomfortable after wearing them for about 10 minutes.
