Best product ,good quality .This is my second r o at new house.. Best service ever from last 3 years. But at Amazon warrenty depends on seller so please seller is authorized or not.only 3 sellers are authorized on Amazon ...Read full information carefully for name of seller. Otherwise no need of r o with TDs controller ...It decrease TDs from 250 to 30.good taste to for borewell water. Go for it bindaaaaaaasssssss

I orderd Nasaka Tulip N1 on 29/04/18 and it was Delivered on 30/04/18. Impressed with Amazon service. coming to the Product: 1. Look is beautiful (white and blue). 2. Tank capacity is 8 liter. 3. For Purifying 8 ltr, waste 16 ltr water as rejected water. 4. the taste of water is nither sweet nor hard its normal. 5. TDS is about 25-30 after purification. 6. weight of the product is near about 10 kg. 7. MRP is 11490/- on box. 8. Tap is 5 Inch above from the bottom/Base so it is comfortable to keep on table or any stand. 9. product is made from strong material. 10. service was also good bcz the nasaka servicemen came for installation within 24 hrs of delivery.

I ordered it a month ago and it was delivered within two days of the order... The service by Nasaka was good.. The technician visited within 24 hours of our request.... Water taste is good and the TDS came down to around 50-60. It's almost a month now till it is installed and is working fine. However, water consumption is a bit more but the taste of the water is good... It worth the money :-)

Don’t even think about buying it. Struggling from day one. The 5 year warranty is fake. Worst after sales service. I am using this product since last 4 years. Service engineer takes time to attend the complaint. "One time a service engineer told me that he is approx 1.5 km away from my residence, and he told me that, he has not any conveyance facilities, so come and pick him." That day by chance I was at home, other wise........... Three times I have raised complaint, I have received confirmation message from company for visit. After a day I got a message " service done" without visiting of any engineer. I had complained for the same. But no positive response from company. Pathetic experience both in terms of product quality and services from this third class company - Microtek.

5 year warranty, good water taste, value for money, built quality good, perfect taste, best RO

This product Tulip N1 Nasaka is good it installed just on Saturday. Initially, it was badly delayed to install the item. The problem is the corresponding mechanic is not expert to answer the technical issue & to make documentation as well, even the seller was not able to message the buyer name properly. Water TD is near 90 whereas my inlet water TD was 850. But the excellence is the final water is good in taste in comparison of 90 TD other RO filters water, that may be the unique technology of nasaka PH controller. Overall the product is good & hope the service will be also good for my extended 4 years.

Delivery Excellent. Product 100% accurate as per product description and image Very minimal sound during filtration Water tastes great Good for 4-6 people Installation guy was directly from Okaya and very professional TDS level at first filtration came to 80 from 485, Now it is somewhere 50-60 Make sure before you purchase check with Nasaka directly for any better deals as I received free 3 years extended warranty on top of 1 year which is already provided during purchase. I'll share the pics and and detailed review after a months usage. Yearly maintenance is very less compare 20 Kent or aquaguard pure it etc.

This is the product which is value for the money. The representatives are also friendly. The installation process was well planned. Proud to be a Nasakite!!!
