Idea is good, but not durable, pricey, not worth
It is not easy to install.Material is not durable.Seller promised to send a set of spares but did not send till now.

Very good
The product quality is good, though it is a little delicate and should be habdled with care. Have not put heavy clothes. But serves the purpose. It is compact and nice, and takes the load of 5-6 small clothes . It is a set of 6 rods, I have put 3 in each balcony.It is quite easy to install. My husband installed them by himself.

Good product
Guide provided was outdated, but its easy to figure out online. Durability is so far all good since a month, but observed very minor splits cut on threads where we drag more. Have to see how many days it will lastUpdate- using since 4 months now, everything fine. Also got spare parts on request as promised.

Good product
After opening the package, I found minor cracks in two of the pulleys, but I went ahead and installed it, as I felt it was not enough to ask for a replacement. I had to call a carpenter to instal it, as it involved drilling the ceiling. But once unpacked, it was easily assembled and installed. And it is working fine as claimed. Has made my small verandah that much tidier.

Warranty issue
Hook plate is broken and thread also damaged. Since spare parts are having warranty, pl let us know whom to contact. We were using this for last 4 months

Not sturdy
It isn’t easy to install, in first use with one rod trying to pull up the entire thing fell on our head. Would like the thing to be returned and refund.

Very good product. Easy to install and balcony remains clean. Supplier (NR Industries) also responded quickly to provide the spares which I have received in time.
