Well the first thing first I bought it for a daily energetic mood and increases of day to day stamina to work in office or workouts. Because in real life no matter what we eat, we definitely leave some minerals or vitamins behind. So therefore after using this product for a week now Im feeling much better than before but you have to know when to swallow the tablet or when to not and how to and why exactly. Actually I am a very Hardworking office type person, I have to work hard, I have to keep my family in active conditions, I have many things that I look for but I forgot to look after mine. So here I thought of buying this than I felt much better but there are some cons and side effects which is bad for some human beings or maybe not it depends why are you taking the tablets or how your taking, or why you shouldn't. But as a reviewer I would definitely its an awesome products till 7 days Lets wait to see more better results for a later period. Kudos go for it.Though I got a defective product from here but I have tested it before....so my review was based upon my previous experience with this product.

Honestly speaking I was a bit confused before purchasing with so many negative reviews about expiry and stuff. But to my surprise my package turned out well. I received the product of manufacturing Dec-2019 and since expiry is after 18 months. It would be expired around June 2021. But I use 1 tablet a day and should be use it well before time of expiry. Coming it looks like a normal tablet. It was not breaking like the reviews suggested. So I'd say the quality was on par. I use this along with the fish tablet daily. Where I use 1 tablet of this and 2 fish tablets. I don't feel much different after having using for past 3 days. I thought I felt a bit energetic on the first day then it slowly felt Normal from day 2 onward 😅
