My chair's foam has sunk and was getting back pain, so got this. Good quality. I opened the zip and saw the foam inside, its clean and new. No issues.

Item is good but return process is pathetic. Amazon itself cancels your return date and blame it on coustomer that material was not ready or not available for pickup. If you to do everything as you like then why take review, this also you can do yourself.
