Dolls House Wooden City Villa

Delighted with speed of delivery, excellent communication from seller who answered several of my questions before purchase. One of the dormer windows in our doll house was broken when the parcel arrived and seller was very helpful - on receipt of photographs of the damage, two new dormers were sent quickly.Relatively easy to assemble - husband and I both say it's a two person job as some pieces need to be supported as they're screwed together. Put the whole thing together in about 90 minutes, very nicely finished and highly detailed house - far better than many others nice seen for sale recently.The only tip I'd give is to have some wood glue or superglue handy to secure the two internal staircases - they rest on the floor the lead up to but our daughter has knocked them off a few times. Similarly with the bannister/ balustrade for the top of each set of stairs - we're going to glue ours together then onto the floor otherwise they sit freely and will topple. Further, the lovely balustrade on the front porch and balcony is self supporting - we're going to glue the short end sections to the house to stop them wobbling as the rest is very secure.Delighted with our purchase - lovely detail, good quality and unique compared to a lot of other doll houses we've seen. We'll be adding some internal lighting to ours to compete it.
