All compartments do not have screws. The three compartments do have plastic plugs.

I really don't know. It is a very diverse collection which appears primarily oriented towards eyeglasses.

On the back of the package it lists: 3.5mm Pipe F/T, 4.5mm Pipe F/T, 4.2 BHO Super H/T, 2.5mm Carbon F/T, 8.0 BHO Super H/T with Hexa Imp Nut, nose pads thin, 3.0mm R/B F/T, 3.5mm Rd. what material are these screws made of?

I just checked by holding a magnet over the top of the box, and the screws jumped up, so obviously not brass............
