Amazing monitors! The sounds is great and I use them for mixing and mastering music in my studio (still setting up). The quality is great. The speakers themselves are heavy and definitely not cheaply made. I payed $395 for them I think, which isn’t bad compared to other brands, but I know they can be as low as $300 during Black Friday and other promotional deals. The speaker function as intended and connection is stable. The are not huge, so you can easily place them where needed. And the sleek design is nice.

I’ve been using these HS5 monitors for a little while now and I’m honestly impressed. The clarity is the first thing that stands out. You hear everything. Not just the obvious parts of a mix, but the subtle details like background noise, room tone, and small imperfections that regular speakers completely hide. The sound is very honest. They do not hype the bass or smooth things over. At first that can feel a little unforgiving, but that is exactly what you want from studio monitors. If something sounds good on these, it will translate well everywhere else. Build quality feels solid and professional. They look clean and simple, and they do not take up much space on a desk. Once positioned properly at ear level, the stereo image is excellent. It really does create that illusion that the sound is coming directly from the screen. These are not party speakers and they are not meant to be. They are tools. For voiceover work, editing, and critical listening, they are outstanding. If you want accuracy instead of boosted bass and flashy sound, these deliver. Very happy with the purchase.

These Yamaha HS5 monitors sound incredibly clear and balanced. The stereo image is precise, vocals are very detailed, and the low end is tight without sounding muddy. They helped me hear imperfections in my mixes much better compared to regular speakers. The white version also looks beautiful in the studio. Great build quality, clean design, and very reliable performance. Perfect for music production, mixing, vocals, piano, and mastering work. A bargain for the price, sound great and look great. Perfect size for living room desk-studio use. Not too obtrusive. Build seems premium. In no way do these seem like glorified computer speakers.

I’ve been using these Yamaha HS5 monitors for a while and overall they are pretty good, but they’re not perfect for everyone. The sound clarity is definitely the strong point. The mids and highs are very detailed, which makes it easier to hear small differences when mixing music or editing audio. They feel very accurate and “honest,” which is exactly what studio monitors are supposed to do. The build quality is also solid and they look really nice, especially the white version.  However, the bass is a bit limited. Since these are 5-inch monitors, they don’t go very deep in the low end, so music with heavy bass can feel a little thin unless you add a subwoofer.  I also noticed the highs can sometimes sound a little sharp if the volume is turned up too much. Another thing to keep in mind is placement. Because the speakers are rear-ported, they need some space from the wall to sound their best.  Overall, they’re still a good pair of studio monitors for the price, especially for small rooms or beginner home studios. If you mainly care about clear mids and accurate sound, these work well, but if you want strong bass you might want to consider a larger model or add a subwoofer.

It's a beginner friendly Monitor system for all budjet studio setups..These monitor will give you a very flat response..Which will help you to mix and master your song.. I highly recommend this product.

It’s incompatible with UAE sockets. It’s gone and till Now I could not understand why it doesn’t work. Compete waste.
