Right complexity for kids seeking complex lego challenge
The statue of liberty has the right complexity for kids who have made the simple blocks of upto 500 and 1000 pieces. The bottom must be made precisely else the blocks will fall short and every step has to be made correctly. Then the statue is having long blocks which are different and need to be checked from all the corners before placement. Building it further and further is challenging and exciting. Its more complex than the Taj Mahal. Kids who love challenges will love this one. Keep all the blocks carefully and keep your old remaining pieces of other lego projects handy just in case required. There aren't extra pieces given. After its done, it can be put in glass cupboard as a show piece. Thank you lego for beautifying our vacation :)

It took my kids hours to put it together and she was thrilled at the end. Lovely challenge. Amazing finished product.

Entspannender Bau mit schönem Ergebnis
Das Set macht Spaß - der Aufbau dauert je nach Tempo 2-3 Stunden, perfekt für einen ruhigen Abend. Die Anleitung ist typisch LEGO, klar und ohne Verwirrung. Was mir gefällt: Die Details sind beeindruckend für die Größe - Fackel, Krone, Tablet, alles erkennbar Stabile Konstruktion, steht sicher auch wenn man mal dran kommt Der Sockel mit Gravur sieht edel aus, macht was her im Regal Die monochrome sand-grüne Farbgebung wirkt hochwertig Das fertige Modell ist ca. 44cm hoch - imposant genug für's Regal oder Schreibtisch, aber nicht riesig. Passt gut in ein Billy-Regal ohne zu dominieren. Bauqualität ist LEGO-Standard: alle Teile passen perfekt, nichts ausgeleiert. Die Architecture-Serie hat einfach einen gewissen Stil, weniger verspielt als normale Sets. Einziger Punkt: Für LEGO-Profis vielleicht etwas simpel, aber genau das macht es auch entspannend. Nicht jeder Bau muss Technic-Komplexität haben. Als Geschenk oder für New York-Fans absolut empfehlenswert. Sieht gut aus ohne kitschig zu wirken.
